Loft note:

- The loft area is best suited for children or smaller guests, as it may feel tight for adults. The staircase leading to the loft is steep and narrow, so please use caution with children. We recommend reviewing the listing photos carefully to ensure the layout works for your group.

Other Things to Note

- Non-smoking property (unit and grounds)

- No pets allowed

- Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

- Staircase to loft is steep and narrow, use caution with children

- Loft area is best suited for children or smaller guests and may feel tight for adults

- Use of bikes is at your own risk ($300 if bike is lost or stolen, $75 for lock or key)

- Free parking for 1 car, plus free nearby street parking

- We do not provide propane for the barbecue grill or condiments per rules, though these items are often left behind by prior guests

- As this is a rental property, items may occasionally go missing or need replacement. Please let us know and we’ll address it promptly. For essentials, we’re happy to reimburse reasonable purchases during your stay

- We strongly recommend trip insurance, as VRBO's cancellation policy does not cover medical, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances
