*BEDROOM #1: Located on the main level, this room includes a King bed (lockable door for privacy), Ensuite bathroom w/washer and dryer, Roku TV and a private closet with luggage rack and large dresser.

*BEDROOM #2: Located on the 2nd floor, this room includes a King bed, lockable door for privacy, Roku TV, work desk, large dresser and a private closet with luggage rack.

*BED #3: Located on the 2nd level, you'll find a queen size Murphy Bed that folds directly over the sofa (please read instructions when opening), Roku TV, electric fireplace, curtains for privacy, board games and a small cabinet to store personal items. More storage for personal items can be found in the full closet in the upstairs bath.

*BED #4: Full size pullout sofa sleeper (coffee table can be placed to side). Please note this is located in the main living space and, therefore, is not private.

INCIDENTALS: Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Wash, Hand soap, dishwasher pods and starter TP/Paper Towels are provided. It is recommended that guests bring additional septic safe TP for longer stays. Coffee, coffee pods, and tea are always available for guests. We do not provide food items beyond salt/pepper and some spices.

SECURITY: It is essential to us that we provide a comfortable and secure home for our guests. An outdoor video and audio recording camera has been installed for your safety and to ensure property protection. Your keyless entry door code will be unique to you and will be active from the date of arrival at check-in time (4pm) to your date of departure at check-out (10am).

PLEASE NOTE: This is a true mountain home with winding, steep mountain roads and a steep driveway. We are not making this up... you will be in the mountains :) But the beauty of the mountains is unmatched!

Nat'l Park with easy access to Pigeon Forge, Dollywood & many other famous local attractions. You'll be submerged in a one of a kind Smoky Mountain experience with views of Mt. LeConte. Most days you'll receive visits from our local black bear families! Let the kids play arcades while you watch the sunset from the hot tub, enjoy a family meal while staring at Mt LeConte, watch the Ober Mountain trams glide up the mountain while listening to records or spend the day adventuring at one of the many nearby attractions!
