This is a place to relax and enjoy the surrounding activities. This is not a place to party. If you are looking to have a party this is not the place. There are full time residents living nearby and do not wish to be disturbed. This is a place to linger as you sip wine or coffee on the deck and watch the sunrise or set over the water; relax around the fireplace indoors or the firepit outside. Recommendations for activities and food are in the Welcome Book on the coffee table. The dock at the lake is not currently available for use.

This is truly a GEM, one in a million! Kitchen was very well stocked even with a popcorn machine. My favorite room was the dining room, with wrap around windows making every meal feel like new painting.I can’t express enough how grateful and blessed we feel to have had the opportunity to stay in this lovely property. There was a communication mix-up upon arrival, but it was remedied quickly. The cabin was perfect for our stay and all the amenities you would need are provided. Debbie was so nice and our stay was excellent. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Property was amazing and great location. Everything was just as listed and we loved the small details of house. Only thing to point out is both driveways entrances have small drop offs from the actual road. Nothing that made our weekend anything less than perfect.

Lake view was peaceful. I caught two fish. Good location. House was neat. The layout of the house was nice but in need of updating. Decking and dock boards were loose and in need of replacing, we had to be very careful when walking on especially up and down the deck stairs. Outside of the house needs a good gutter cleaning and a good power washing. Coffee maker was very dirty and had to be thoroughly cleaned before we were able to use it. Could use new cooking pans because coating was starting to peel off.

The severe weather we had last year has wreaked havoc in the area and we have been working with contractors to get repairs done. A brand new deck is being built starting March 16 and the dock will be repaired very shortly thereafter. My house cleaner is normally very thorough but I will certainly bring the coffee pot cleanliness to her attention.

We had such an amazing stay in this home during the weekend of my wedding. My bridesmaids and I spent the night together the night before the wedding and got ready together here the next day. My now husband and I then spend the next couple of nights together here. It was so perfect for spending time with friends and family and also as a romantic spot with my husband. There were so many little touches to make the place perfect and it’s obvious even the smallest details were considered. We would love to come back here again!

Pine Mountain Getaway

This was a great property to go and stay for Pine Mountain area activities or just to go stay and relax. Very clean, comfortable. Nice beds to sleep on, furnished well, etc. I would definitely recommend.

Close as you can get to FDR Park

Wonderful location. The fire pit in the back was wonderful and the view over the pond was delightful. The house is excellent. It is clean and inviting and really a nice place.

Pine mountain vacation

We highly recommend this amazing cabin. On a beautiful lake, very relaxing and very quiet. The owners are so kind and helpful. This is our 2nd stay at this cabin because we enjoyed it so much. Highly recommend.

Amazing place

This is the most amazing place to stay. Close to so many things to do but the cabin itself is wonderful. Very spacious and extremely peaceful. We went fishing and the kids loved catching fish and releasing them. We highly recommend this property and will definitely be staying there again.

This is our home-away-from home to escape the hustle and bustle of the city; we call it Lake Therapy because this is where we go for rest and relaxation. It is peaceful, quiet, and beautiful. Because we live in it on the weekends when we can, it is fully equipped with everything a home needs. This is not just your average bed and breakfast; this is our second home that we share with others who are looking for some lake therapy too.

Our home is located in the beautiful small town of Pine Mountain, Georgia where Callaway Gardens and FDR State Park are located. It is on a small lake with its own private dock and large back deck overlooking the lake.

Your own private dock completed with rockers, a large deck to sit and enjoy the stunning view, a beautiful home with all of the items you need to enjoy your stay. 5 minutes to Callaway Gardens, next door to FDR State Park, 30 minutes to Great Wolf Lodge.
