Welcome to our luxurious 4000 sqft home where you can spread out comfortably in the perfect getaway for your friends and family! Enjoy our custom movie theater with popcorn machine and high-end seating for your entire group. You will love our heated saltwater pool and outdoor dining under the covered patio. We feature separate kitchen/living/dining areas, memory foam mattresses and large smart TVs throughout the house. You won't want to leave!


We are just a short 5-min drive from Lake Hubbard.

Beautiful sprawling suburban area close to lake Ray Hubbard. Perfect family getaways and group staycations.

You will have access to the entire house with the exception of a small owner’s closet. Entry to the home is via smart lock (code provided in your check in email).

Upon arriving at our property, you will find plenty of parking in the paved driveway for your entire group. The property is accessible from both the front and back entrance with parking provided in both areas.

Entering the property through the front door you will discover yourself immersed in our luxuriously updated home with hardwood flooring downstairs and thoughtful artwork throughout.

To the right of the foyer you will find a beautiful custom-built pool table, sure to provide fun for the whole family. This spacious room allows for friendly competition and socializing. A convenient countertop-style shelf provides a great spot to rest drinks and snacks while shooting pool.

As you continue walking into the home you will see the formal dining room on your right with a large table that comfortably seats 8 guests.

Next you will enter the living area with cozy seating for 8 or more. Enjoy gathering in front of the gas fireplace while you connect with one another or watch something on our large Amazon Fire Smart TV (bring your own logins and watch any app on our TVs!) Our living room showcases hand-picked décor and other touches to create an inviting space for all to enjoy.

The living area opens to the kitchen with a partial bar top in between. Our guests love the ability to socialize and hang out while cooking a meal or enjoying an evening beverage and we are sure you will too!

Our kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and custom painted cabinets in the latest style. Home cooked meals are easy to prepare in our well-appointed kitchen and cleaning up is a simple task in the large double sink. A convenient breakfast and lounging area sit attached to the kitchen with a round table and seating for 4+.

Off the living room, a short hallway opens to the split staircase and the two downstairs bedrooms. In the hallway and on the right, you will enter the large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. The four-post queen bed comes equipped with an extra comfy memory foam mattress and nightstands with lamps. An Amazon Fire TV is mounted on the wall across from the bed. An inviting sitting area helps with getting ready while modern artwork and a full body mirror round out the space. Finally, window shutters allow for ample natural lighting when open and full privacy when shut.


Stepping into the master bathroom you will quickly find yourself in a luxurious and large spa-like atmosphere. Melt your stress away with a soak in the oversized jacuzzi tub or the separate custom walk-in shower. An oversized vanity makes getting ready simple with plenty of counter space provided. The toilet area lies in its own little room with a door that will provide you with an extra layer of privacy. Finally, you will love our massive walk-in closet with all the space you could possibly need – even for lengthier stays.

The other downstairs bedroom sits off the hallway near the master. This bedroom also contains a queen bed and large Amazon Fire TV. Outside of the bedroom, a full bathroom is connected to the hallway and allows convenience for anyone downstairs.

The second floor is accessible from either the front entry or the living room via a split staircase. Once up the stairs, turn to your left and you will see one of our favorite parts of this home – the theatre room!

This custom designed space is built around a projector with a massive movie screen. Kids rave about the area up front due to the fun overstuffed bean bag style chairs! Behind these are 6 theatre style reclining leather seats on a tiered platform that allows for easy viewing from any seat. Blackout curtains allow for viewing at any time of day. Bring a drink, make some popcorn, gather as a family, and enjoy your favorite movies! The projector is operated with a single remote, directions are provided.

Outside of the theatre room you will see the third bedroom and bathroom. This bedroom holds two twin beds in a space that is great for kids and that allows for an easy transition from movies to bedtime. The full bathroom with shower and tub combo continues the updated and luxury bathroom theme from downstairs.

As you continue to the far end of the upstairs you will enter the final bedrooms and bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen bed while the second has a twin over full bunkbed. A jack-and-jill style bathroom sits in between the two bedrooms.

Back downstairs, the back door from the kitchen opens to another favorite area of our home – the pool and covered patio!

Immediately outside the kitchen you will find yourself stepping onto a covered patio that you will not forget! The patio has a large overhanging roof to provide protection from both rain and sun. Ceiling fans help move the air on warmer days as well.

Our patio contains a dining area that easily seats 6 – perfect for family dinners outdoors as the sun goes down. A large separate sitting area will comfortably seat your entire group so that you can visit while enjoying the fresh air. Both spaces are well appointed with high-end outdoor furniture and rugs. While the adults sit and hangout over a beverage and conversation, the kids (and adults alike!) can enjoy time in the custom-built saltwater swimming pool.

This meticulously cleaned pool provides a fun focal point for the entire family or group. We routinely hear guests remark about how much better their skin and hair feel after swimming in our saltwater pool versus a standard chemical filled pool. The pool area also holds 4 lounge chairs and a large cabana style lounge space giving you the option to enjoy sun or shade. Guests also love our hot tub which waterfalls into the pool!

Finally, the laundry room off the garage offers a place for you to freshen any clothes necessary. We provide laundry detergent for your use. The garage has a 3-in-1 game table (including ping pong and pool) and corn hole boards.

Our home is located in residential area, thank you for helping us remain good neighbors by following our quiet hours of 9PM to 9AM.

Please note that there is an additional charge for heating the pool during the winter. Even with the additional charge we can not guarantee it'll be hot.
