Stunning Bayside 3 Bedroom - Steps from Northside Park and the Ocean

Beautiful, bayside, second floor condo in uptown Ocean City, MD. It is an end unit with a large wrap around balcony that provides distant views of the Ocean and the Bay. The Kitchen has been completely remodeled and all appliances including washer and dryer are brand new for 2024. Directly adjacent to Northside Park to enjoy paddle boarding, windsurfing and fireworks every Sunday night. Covered parking under the unit and an elevator allows you to enter the unit sheltered from the weather. Inside the unit there is a large kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, cups, silverware, cooking utensils and, large pots for steaming shrimp, clams or crabs and even a Keurig for fresh Coffee each morning.The living room has a gas fireplace to enjoy on cool evenings. There are three bedrooms (K,Q,T) and two bathrooms. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and one rollaway bed is also available. The unit has 4K UHD TVs in each Bedroom and Family Room with upgraded XFinity Programming - All Movie Channels. Free Ultra High Speed WiFi is available.
There is a full size washer and dryer across from the kitchen. In the hall leading to the unit there is a storage locker available for your use. There are 8 beach chairs, a beach cart and a few sand toys. Beach towels are not provided. So, if you are at least 25 years of age and staying in the unit, pack your linens and consumables and head to OC. Check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM.

Great family vacation

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at this charming condo! The condo is beautiful, close to the beach, and has a wonderful pool! Money well spent, would definitely stay here again.

Perfect family vacation!

Great location

Great location for little kids and the park! Mini golf and mining and restaurant right next door. My 5 year old was able to watch fireworks off the patio for the first time. Awesome experience, great host communication, will definitely be looking to stay again!

Great rental

Excellent rental. Clean, roomy, lots of amenities and the building is in a great location. Building also has plenty of parking. Owner was great and was able to provide lots of local info to make our stay even better. This was my first time using VRBO and the owner made it simple and easy. We will definitely stay here again

A great place to stay!

I am so thankful we found such an amazing place to stay this summer. The host was super helpful and hospitable. We loved everything about this home away from home and will definitely book again. The walk to the beach and the access to other places made the trip extra accommodating. The beds were comfortable and all the extra amenities inside made it easy for our family to spend time together without leaving. Thanks again for a wonderful place to stay!

This host and their property were fabulous. The Listing and location were exactly as advertised and my family had a wonderful time. I absolutely loved the condo...clean, comfortable, spacious views and relaxing. The location itself is very family oriented, just far enough from the boardwalk and close enough at the same time. Fun Family Vacation

The condo was very spacious, clean, comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked. The pool was clean and perfect for the family and young children, plus within view of the balcony. We loved the fact that Northside Park was a short walk from our door. It was a great place for kids and adults to walk and play on the playground. A big plus was the proximity of several restaurants and shops -- pizza, Mexican cuisine, ice cream, pharmacy, food market, etc. Short walk to the beach. The balcony was a perfect location to enjoy the Sunday night fireworks at the park, as well as to lounge and read a book. Communication with the owners was excellent. They were responsive to questions and followed up to ensure all was well. It was a great family vacation and we recommend this property for others.

A Place to Relax and Have Fun

This was our first VRBO experience, and it couldn't have been more awesome! The owner/hosts were very helpful, and communicated with us before, during, and after our stay, answering many questions, and providing recommendations for things to do. The corner-location home is gorgeous, and has a wrap-around deck that gives clear views of the ocean and the bay. Perfect for relaxing with coffee/tea in the morning, and winding down after a busy day at the beach. There is a large park right around the corner, with walking/biking paths, picnic areas, and even kayak rentals. The kitchen pantry and closet was very well-stocked with many essentials, along with storage and cleaning supplies, and the Keurig is state of the art, with the ability to use K-cups or standard coffee filters. Room darkening blinds were great for folks who like to sleep in, and the furniture is very comfortable, and perfect for relaxing and reading a good book. We are very happy with our experience here, and will be back again!
