Situé au 634, rue Monmouth, notre nouvel appartement studio dans notre petit hôtel de charme, est à 3 pâtés de maisons de la rivière Northern Kentucky (Newport on the Levee), ou à 20 minutes à pied du centre-ville de Cincinnati / REDS. Entouré de grands restaurants, vie nocturne et activités familiales. Près de l'aquarium, des stades, des magasins. Vous adorerez l'ambiance, l'espace extérieur, le quartier animé, les gens! Tout cela vous donnera une perspective historique de cette ville pittoresque!

We loved our stay! It’s even cuter in person (especially the bathroom!) and the room was spotless and comfortable. The host was quick to respond and resolved the parking issue we had quickly. We loved the snack basket waiting for us, lovely touch. Would 100% return when back in the area!

I have stayed at the Inn a couple of times now and the experience has been absolutely fantastic each time. The rooms are affordable and VERY comfortable, the location is great given the different restaurants and bars and proximity to Cincinnati, and the service and hospitality Jeff and Terri provide are incredible. I won't even CONSIDER staying somewhere else when I'm in that area! I can't recommend this place enough.

We are empty nesters. Terri loves walking to the farmers market, shopping in the antique stores, and of course bourbon! Jeff loves all of the music venues within walking distance. We also enjoy walking the "East Row" and enjoying the 19th century architecture of the beautiful homes.

Our Innkeepers, Terri Smith and Jeff Zemanek had a vision to create a small boutique hotel allowing guest to experience the best of Historic Newport. This 300 sqft Studio has a kitchenette, new Serta Queen iComfort bed and a large bathroom with walk-in shower. Located just a few blocks from the Ohio River, we are located right in the heart of the historic district in a beautiful turn of the century building. If you would also like to experience the big city, a walk or carriage ride to downtown Cincinnati creates a whole new dimension. The end result is a luxurious stay, which combines the best of both worlds.... and free parking!!!

It's a beautiful walking neighborhood with many things to do and enjoy. if you love beautiful homes and buildings built in the 1850's to 1920, this is the place to take in the architecture from this wonderful era. Don't forget our wine bar!!
