Lakefront 4-bed/2-bath house with 2 living rooms, large fully stocked kitchen, screened-in porch, patio, fire pit, and private dock. Set back into the forest, this house is perfect for any season.

Indoor Space: Turn in from the main road to a long driveway with room for eight cars. Enter into a large living room with a wrap-around couch, recliner, fireplace, and TV equipped with a Roku and Hulu Live TV. The hallway to the right leads to a full bath and 3 bedrooms (2 queens and 1 bunk bed). The house has a large, fully stocked kitchen with a dining nook. The second full bath and fourth bedroom (two full beds) are also on this side of the house. A great plus of this house is the second living room with tv, couch, loveseat, and recliner.

Outdoor Space: Head outside to the screen-in porch with a 6-person dining table, great for group meals. The patio has comfortable furniture and a fully stocked propane grill. Walk down to the fire pit with several Adirondack chairs-large backyard for games, exploring, collecting firewood, and playing fetch. Take the gravel path down to your private dock. Kayaks (2) and paddle boards (2) are conveniently located by the water. Two picnic tables and patio chairs by the water ensure your group makes the most of our lakefront house.

On a fishing trip? The private side of Lake Anna has great fishing year-round. Toss a line in at night for catfish, or patrol the docks for bass. As our guest, in addition to our private dock you'll have access to the community dock only steps away. You may launch a boat from the community dock, or simply use the space to chase bass from the shore.

The house is wheelchair accessible. There are no steps indoors. There is a path from the front of the house leading to the backyard, and ultimately to the dock.
Other things to note
Please be respectful of neighbors. Please do not throw cans/bottles in the firepit. Swim at your own risk. Use life jackets when using paddleboards and kayaks.
