Welcome to sun-soaked paradise! Empress 204 is a sunny vacation condo in Miramar Beach. Located across from the sugar shores, guests enjoy stunning views and convenient beach access. The condo features an open floor plan, comfortable accommodations, and coastal accents. With three bedrooms and three baths, the property can host up to ten guests. Invite your family, friends, or both for a fun getaway!

Coastal vibes are alive and well in this casual, laid-back condo. The open floorplan combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen to create a relaxed gathering space. Tile floors, beachy décor, tropical plants, and natural sunlight flow throughout the rental. With two sets of sliding glass doors that face the beach, guests can take in the glittering gulf views. The living room features a white couch, a leather armchair, and two blue accent chairs. Mounted above a glass-front credenza is a flatscreen TV—so you can catch the big game or spend a night watching movies with your crew. A hardwood table for six in the adjacent dining area sits beneath an industrial-style chandelier. The spacious kitchen has ample room for cooking meals, serving treats, and mixing drinks. It includes stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and custom cabinetry. Raised chairs are seated beside the angled breakfast bar. From this great room, sliding glass doors access a wraparound patio with beach views—a perfect spot to dine al fresco.

A bonus den provides additional space for vacationers to sit back, relax, and enjoy each other’s company. The den includes a cream-colored sleep sofa, two matching armchairs, a cocktail table, and a wall-mounted TV. A sliding glass door opens onto the balcony.

The primary bedroom is located off the living room. The sunny suite boasts a king-size bed with a metal frame, cottage-styled furnishings, a woven rug, a reading chair, flatscreen TV, a large window, and access to the patio. The ensuite bathroom has dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a deep soaking tub. One of the guest bedrooms features a king-size bed, reading chair, beachy wall art, and balcony access. The other guest bedroom includes two full beds and a plush white armchair, each with colorful accent pillows. A wall of windows ensures the room has plenty of natural sunlight and enjoys lovely views.

Empress complex amenities include a sparkling swimming pool, bubbling hot tub, spacious sundeck, and BBQ grills. The beach is less than a one-minute stroll from the property. At the adjoining Seascape Resort, Ocean Reef Resorts, guests receive discounted rates for golf, tennis, and recreational rentals. The condo is located near several popular restaurants, including Whale’s Tail, Royal Palm Grill, and Surf Hut on the beachside. Other places that you might want to check out include Silver Sands Premium Outlets, the Village of Baytowne Wharf, and Grand Boulevard. Each offers a unique experience of shopping, dining, and vacation activities.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated for the week of Thanksgiving.
