Great condo in a small density property which is nice for smaller crowds waiting for elevators, fewer people on the beach property, etc. Condo was beautifully decorated, very clean, and a fully stocked kitchen.

This was a fabulous condo. It was Exceptional. The amenities, size and location of the unit in the building was perfect. Steps from the pool and beach. The unit is on the first floor which is actually the second as there is a parking garage below it. Its location is perfect access to the stairs. The traffic really was not bad and it was very close to lots of attractions and amenities. We will definitely try to book this unit again on our next trip. Newman-Daily and their Representative for us was amazing. Thank you for the great stay!

Enjoyed our stay!

The condo is beautifully remodeled and very clean. The view of the ocean is amazing, and the beach is easy to get to and much less crowded compared to other beaches in the area.

We paid nearly **5,000** for this stay. The listing describes the property as a **3-bedroom, 2bathroom** unit; however, the layout is closer to a **1-bedroom with a loft**, and the third bedroom located in the closet of the loft.The unit appeared more dated than shown in the listing photos and was not fully cleaned upon arrival. We found a bathing suit left behind, unvacuumed floors, a large stain in the primary bedroom, heavily stained furniture, and visible mold.Multiple electrical outlets were missing cover plates, leaving exposed outlets.During the stay, the air conditioning stopped working, and repairs took nearly a full day. The cable service was also unavailable. It was miserable considering we have two young kids.Based on the listing discrepancies, cleanliness issues, maintenance problems, and the resolution provided, we DONOT recommend this property.

Excellent Location, Great Layout

Very clean. Great layout, we stayed with our three teens/tweens and having the upstairs was a great way for them to have their own space. Since it is a smaller building, the beach in front of the condo is not crowded. Beach service is included which is a great addition! The pool is heated so even though the ocean was a little chilly in March we were still able to get in the water! Walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store. Bring your own small round coffee filters- we packed coffee but in prior rentals filters specific to the model in the condo were included. We will defiantly be back!

Girls weekend was great!

My girlfriends and me had a great long weekend in this condo! It was the perfect size and location, and very clean. My one piece of feedback was that there were only 2 trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels, etc. provided, a few wash cloths, and no Kleenex. The unit sleeps 10, so that doesn’t make sense numbers-wise. Perhaps the cleaning/restocking crew can be given different guidelines for the larger units like this one. Overall, we loved it and had a blast!!
