Welcome to Slopeside 2797, as close as ski in ski out as it gets! This huge studio right next to the mountain house base area is the perfect spot for your next Colorado mountain getaway! This unit is on the top floor with a great balcony that boasts gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains and slopes. Upon entering the unit you will be greeted by great natural light and retro mountain vibes. There is a small kitchen area in this studio containing a mini fridge, microwave, stove top, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. The kitchen table seats 4 people comfortably. There is a queen Murphy bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room that are both easily tucked away so you can make the most out of the space!Slopeside is a great building for a ski vacation due to its close proximity to the Peru Lift at Mountain House base area. Walk out of your condo and you're practically at the lift! There are also a few restaurants and shops in the Mountain House base area. Mountain House has everything River Run can offer (except the gondola) without all the hustle bustle of those huge crowds. After a long day on the slopes, enjoy a soak in the Slopeside hot tubs, cozy up by the fire pit, or take advantage of the communal grill for a summer cookout. There is also a communal laundry room and a heated underground parking garage for your convenience. Property Features:

Outstanding location and amenities for skiing. A few drawbacks: The biggest being the Murphy bed is very uncomfortable, would recommend new mattress. One sitting chair had a broken arm, a pit handle was completely off and the light above the table didn’t work, all of these items should have been caught/fixed by the cleaning staff.We would definitely stay again if the mattress is changed

Exactly as advertised. Great location for lift, rental and ticket purchases. Literally 60 steps away. The only drawback was the age of the property. But if you’re just there to ski and have a great time, then it’s perfect.

Location great! There were issues though.

Location - 5 starsSofa Bed sleep-ability - 0 stars (more springs were missing than were still attached) Extra pillows had lots of disturbing stains. Ugh. Sheets and pillow cases were clean though.Balcony door shut-ability - 0 stars (we tied it shut)Murphy bed sleep-ability - 4 stars (despite the mattress looking like it had moguls, it was surprisingly comfortable)Kitchen and Bathroom - 5 starsView - 5 starsGarage and ski locker - 5 starsSuggestions to owner: Change all linens. Put a rollaway cot in the far side of room instead of using that sofa "bed". If at all possible, rip that Murphy bed out and put a real bed. There may be some people that are going to make the bed and then put it back into its wall box before going skiing, but not many. A real bed would enable there to be a night stand and to be able to sit up in bed instead of having a crevasse at the top of the bed. That being said, it is really hard to beat the location and I would return, but I would bring my own pillow.

Family Ski Stay

The location is the best aspect of this property. The parking garage with ski locker was very convenient. Kitchen and lay out is as advertised. The pull-out sofa was uncomfortable, even by couch-mattress standards. You must pick up entry cards at the leasing office. All 3 of the keys we picked up did not work to enter our condo. When I called Veronica at the leasing office, she instructed me to go to a lock box outside the garage to get an emergency key. After obtaining the emergency keys, I got locked out of the garage and also our apartment because none of them worked either. After calling Veronica again, she seemed hesitant to send someone over to help us even when clearly this was an issue on their end. Eventually a nice staff member gave us a working set of new keys. Overall I would stay here again.

Great Ski in Ski out Condo

Great ski-in ski-out condo. Million-dollar view of the mountain from this spacious studio. Fantastic hot tubs and convenient new ski lockers in the heated garage that enable you to walk right out to the lift and store your equipment hassle free. Can't beat the location and views of this condo!
