The location of the property was fine, long walk from the one elevator area to the particular unit. The pool was shown in photos on the website, but the pool was located at another condo facility which you had to walk a way to and there was no explanation to that fact. We had to find it on our own.Bedding/sheets/blankets/pillows was very old and needs to be replaced. No air conditioning and the fan that was provided was very dirty.Disappointing.

We appreciate your feedback and want to clarify a few points. The property listing does indicate that the unit is a longer walk from the elevator, and while the pool is available to guests, it is located at a nearby facility within walking distance. Our properties do not have air conditioning, which is noted in the listing, but fans are provided for guest comfort. Bedding and linens are regularly inspected and rotated, though we’ll review your comments with our team to ensure standards are upheld. Thank you for sharing your experience, as it helps us continue improving.

This is a great condo with easy access to the gondola. The ski lockers are simple to store your equipment and quick to grab on your way to the lifts. The condo itself is very nicely appointed and has a very nice balcony looking north east.

Great location to the gondola. However, the amphitheater right behind the condo can have VERY loud events. My first night was difficult with loud thumping base shaking music late I tot the night. The hot tubs are great! This unit could use some updating. Very old carpet, mattress, grout needs redone as it has mildew.

Our condo for a long weekend was found to be exactly as listed. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the am view from the balcony was beautiful. There were not enough bathroom towels left for the length of our stay or enough toilet paper . We had to go up the road to rental office to replenish. The building had no hot water for almost a 24 hr period -not fun taking an ice cold shower . There is construction /remodel happening and the fire alarm went off several times during our stay . We had been warned by those staying longer than us that fortunately it was false alarms but incredibly loud and inconvenient. While if there was an emergency would be appreciated. Even we these hiccups we had a nice stay and enjoyed time with family and friends and the weekend wine fest .

Thank you for sharing your experience and for staying with us. We’re glad you enjoyed the comfortable bed, balcony view, and time with family during the wine fest. We appreciate your feedback regarding towels, supplies, and the temporary hot water outage. Our housekeeping team has adjusted stocking levels to ensure guests have enough essentials for longer stays, and the hot water issue has since been resolved. We also regret the inconvenience caused by construction and false fire alarms. Your input helps us improve, and we’re happy to know you still had a nice stay overall.

We stayed a month. The host was great and easy to work with. The HOA Manager and staff were wonderful. The condo was comfortable and in a great location in the village. We enjoyed the morning sunshine and loved the fireplace. The underground parking was a great asset as the weather turned cooler and the snow fell. We made use of the pool table, the hot tubs and sauna. We were there for opening day and the lighting of the big River Run Christmas tree.

Worked well for 2 adults; would be too tight for 4 adults; maybe OK for 2 adults and 2 small children.
