Overall good location and place, clean and neat floors with ocean and pool views.Old furniture and carpets, not kid friendly as there is lot of dust or hair stuck, we requested for a 2 hr late check out, but bluntly refused, price was also too high for the place.

Good location

The condo was a good fit for my family. For anyone looking to stay the fourth bedroom does have a closet but no windows and is across the family room from the bath. When leaving be sure to pull the door very hard as it does not close easily. Also I am not sure if it is standard or a housekeeping error but there were no bath mats in any of the bathrooms. Other than that we enjoyed the stay and use of the currents pool area.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As vacation rentals go, the old idiom is true..."You get what you pay for". We have vacationed many times in Myrtle Beach in the past. We were the ones looking for the best value by renting lower priced properties in the higher congested areas. That's ok if that meets your needs. Myrtle Beach is a good bet no matter where you stay. But we must truly say that staying at Kingston Resorts Margate Towers, was one of the best vacations EVER! My wife loves the quality and attention to detail that Kingston Resorts displays on their properties. The staff and personnel are very friendly and accommodating. In short, do consider booking with Kingston resorts. Courtney, Rachelle and others make the booking and scheduling experience pleasant and timely. You will not be disappointed. Margate Towers is now our new "Home away from Home"...thanks...Terrence & Rebecca Reyes.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very spacious, exactly like the photos. We enjoyed having a bedroom for each adult, and plenty of comfortable seating. My elderly mom enjoyed having a recliner to relax in. The beds were comfortable and nicely made. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there were enough paper products, dw liquid, soap, etc. for our stay. The condo was well prepared for us and easy to access. We loved the resort, especially the boardwalk beside the beach. Kingston resort is very well maintained. The younger members of our family loved the indoor splash pad and pool, and the adults loved the ocean front balcony and the beach. Security was second to none, with 24 hour monitoring and the gated entrance. We felt safe and secure. Even though we were near the pools, it was very quiet, and we were able to rest well at night. Overall, it was a beautiful accommodation, with friendly staff, in a peaceful, tropical resort setting. We loved our stay and didn’t want to leave. This is the best vrbo we have ever stayed in, and we would love to come again.

What a Property!!

This unit is spacious and well appointed. It has almost everything you need to make it your home away from home. The fourth bedroom was the clincher. We had a foursome for golf and it was much, much better than the 3 bedroom units we had been staying in. A short Uber ride to Ocean Annie’s was less tha $10. A wide wraparound porch provided a great “cool down” space. Or you could set on it in the mornings with your cup of coffee and watch the sunrise. I highly recommend this unit and I haven’t even mentioned the interior is very new and clean. The check-in process was touch less and very simple too.

A wonderful stay!

Our condo was beautiful and clean. The entire property was stunning with tropical plants and palm trees everywhere. We especially enjoyed our morning walks on the pathway that is situated along the beach. Communication was wonderful and texts were answered instantly. We loved our stay and look forward to coming back!

Love This Property

Everything was just as described. The new pool and brewery are open and very nice. Just be aware that even though its called a brewery, they make no beer, its basically just a fancy bar. This is an awesome property, we will be back again.

Great stay

Property was fantastic. Only problem causing us an issue was not having a sleeper sofa as listed on description and welcome package on foyer table. We had 8 family members but need the fifth bed. Other than that a great time was had by all.

Spacious condo!

This place was perfect for our multi family vacation. This condo is very spacious. The laundry room was a huge plus as it was perfect for storing all the beach things and cleaning off before entering the main space. The balcony with beach view was the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee and evening cocktails. The Currents waterpark was a favorite for the kids as well as taking scooter rides around the property. I would highly recommend this rental property to everyone!
