MerSea Beaucoup @ Gulf Highlands offers guests a 2 Bedroom, 2 1/2-bathroom town home & sleeps 6 max. The Upstairs master offers a King bed and Private bath & flat screen TV that comes down out of the ceiling. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed & twin bed with trundle & private bath attached & TV. Full Size Washer n Dryer for guests to use. Living Room offers all leather seating in front of a huge, big, screened TV. The open floor plan features marble tile floors in the downstairs with LVP on the stairs & upstairs. Main level offers a fully stocked kitchen, making meal prep a breeze, half bath, living room, dining area and extra seating at the bar, large open living room and back patio area with outdoor seating area to enjoy early morning coffee or end of day, evening cocktails.
Gulf Highlands offers plenty of activities, just out your front door with tennis courts, swimming pools and a shuffleboard court and mini golf. Take a short walk, across the street, to reach the sunny sands of Panama City Beach. If you want to take a break from cooking, Panama City Beach has numerous casual eateries as well as fine dining options. When you get the urge to explore, Pier Park is just 3-4 miles away with over a million square feet of open-air shopping, restaurants and attractions. Miracle Mile Amusement area is right next to Pier Park. If golf is your game, enjoy both the Hombre Golf Club and Holiday Golf Course, both being within a couple minutes of the town home. A vacationer's paradise, this resort walks thru to Rock It Lanes which offers a bowling alley, roller skating rink and arcade or enjoy Shipwreck Island Water Park which is a few short blocks away. Frank Brown Park is nearby and offers over 200 acres of outdoor recreation with 9 softball and baseball fields. Historic St. Andrews Bay is a short drive away that features the charm of 'old Florida' enjoy shopping and lunch overlooking the marina and bay. Take a drive to the west on scenic 30A to enjoy the quaint village of Seaside that features shopping and dining.
The Property: Main Level: Living Room: Leather Sofa & 2 side chairs, huge flat Screened TV Dining Room: Table w/ seating for 4 people Kitchen: Fully Stocked, making meal prep inside the condo a breeze, w/seating for 4 more at the bar Bedroom 1: King Bed, private bath w/ shower, sitting area & tv that is hidden into the ceiling and is operated by remote. Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, Twin Bed & trundle w/ private bath & TV. Patio Area off main living room: Offers a Sitting Area to enjoy morning coffee, evening cocktails and just sitting and enjoying the view.
Please note prior to booking there is a 25-age requirement to book this condo. Person who books must be 25 at the time of booking & present during the entire stay. Please also, note everyone in the party must be 25 or older unless under 18 & accompanied by somebody 25 or older. This is strictly enforced. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement of all guests upon check in guests will be evicted and will not be refunded for the stay. After booking a signed rental agreement & a copy of the person driver's license who booked will be requested. Rental Agreement & Driver's license must be sent back within 48 hours of booking to secure your reservation. If no signed rental agreement & driver's license is sent back within 48 hours guests forfeit reservation & will not be refunded.
This property does not allow Spring Breakers under 25 years of age. Absolutely no exceptions.
No more than 2 vehicles are allowed. The resort has 2 designated parking spaces for each unit right in front of the condo. No exceptions to this rule. Please make arrangements for 2 vehicles. There will be 2 proximity cards left inside the unit when guests arrive. These cards are how all guests will be able to enter Gulf Highlands security gate. Property Patrol will be at the gate 24 hours to let guests inside the resort until they can get to their cards that are left inside the condo. Upon checkout guests are responsible for leaving the 2 proximity cards inside the unit. If either are missing or damaged additional charges will be applied & guests are responsible for covering the charge to replace them. The cards are $25.00 each. So, $50.00 for 2. Same goes for guests that lose either cards or damage either cards during their stay. There will be a $25.00 charge for each card before we are able to drop new ones off. It's the guests responsibility to leave the cards on their checkout date & to keep up with the cards during their stay.
No outside golf carts or scooters are allowed within the resort.
This unit is not pet friendly. If we are notified that you have a pet in the home, you will be evicted immediately with no refund. If any evidence of a pet is found during inspection after your checkout you will be charged a $500.00 violation fee.
No smoking if any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine.
Check In Time is 4pm check out time is 10AM if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour charge.
Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am. If we are notified by security of guests be disturbing to others, you could be evicted with no refund.
No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We do not allow extra guests - including children of any age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps. This unit sleeps 6 people max per the fire marshal. No exceptions. If the fire marshal is called to the unit because you are over the legal occupancy, you will be responsible for the fine associated with him coming out.
Ring Camera Notice: For your protection & ours there is a ring camera on the front door that records audio & video. Please do not tamper or cover the ring camera. If the ring camera gets tampered with or covered in anyway guests will be evicted immediately & will not be refunded.
Failure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guest's additional charges will apply. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule.
Please note we only provide a starter pack of amenities to get guests through their first night. We do not provide amenities for the guest's entire stay.
Check in is 4pm central on the day of arrival & checkout is 10am central on the day of departure. We do not allow early check ins. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time or when you have been told by the office that the unit is ready.
The damage waiver included in the booking breakdown does not cover missing items. Examples: missing wristbands, missing beach towels, missing kitchen ware, missing linen, or missing parking passes. Guests will be responsible for paying for those charges.
There is a damage waiver included in the booking breakdown that covers accidental damages. The rate in the booking breakdown is for stays less than 28 days. If a guest books a 28-90 night stay the rate does increase for those reservations. Guests will be responsible for the difference in the price. Rates 28-59 nights will be $280.00 for the coverage & 60-90 nights will be $450.00 for the coverage. If you have any questions regarding this charge please inquire first before booking.
Gulf Highlands Terms & Conditions: If any of these rules are violated by guests you will be responsible for the fine associated with each violation & will be evicted immediately with no refund. - Not following leash laws. All dogs must be on a leash when outside of the condo at any given time. $50.00 fine (Applies if the unit is dog friendly) - Not following pet waste regulations. All waste must be picked up from your dog. $50.00 fine (Applies if the unit is dog friendly) - No parking pass. All vehicles must have parking pass displayed in the vehicle. $50.00 fine. - Reckless Driving of Golf Carts. (This includes renting through the resort) $100.00 fine. - Underage Golf Cart Driving. (This includes renting through the resort) $50.00 fine. - Feeding Wildlife ( Example: Turtles, fish, & birds ) $50.00 fine. - Violating Noise Ordinance $50.00 fine. - Offensive or Unlawful Activities $100.00 fine.

We loved this condo, it is prime location in the complex right in the back is the pool and a very short walk over the bridge is the beach. The condo was very well decorated and nice! We will definitely stay here again!!
