Jim & Kelly make your stay very comfortable! From the coffee maker being full of water and coffee, tea & hot cocoa available for your use to the cold water bottles in the fridge and granola bars on the counter. There is a bird feeder on the tree right outside the cabin and we watched quite a few beautiful birds from the porch. We really enjoyed our stay!

Very impressed with the little cabin and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very easy to communicate with. The property is so big that we never saw anyone except for wildlife. The deer and turkeys were our entertainment for the weekend!

My husband and I had a fantastic stay! The cabin was the perfect size for two people, spotless and comfortable. Kelly was excellent with communication and had some great suggestions for local spots. We especially enjoyed seeing wild turkeys and deer roam the property. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful weekend at the couples cabin. The cabin was the best stocked rental I’ve ever stayed in. They make sure your stay is comfortable and well equipped and the property is breathtaking. We saw deer, wild turkeys and beautiful hawks from the front porch. Also, the jacuzzi was a great addition. This place is amazing, they have really put their heart into this little cabin to ensure your stay is wonderful. If you are looking to get away, don’t hesitate. The location is great, not right in town but very close to town. We will be back. The sunsets are amazing viewed up the walking trail on the property by where you park your vehicle. Five stars.

We enjoyed watching the different birds at the feeder outside the back window, as well as the turkey parade. We also walked up both trails in the back to enjoy the views. The location was perfect. The cabin was easily accessible from the road and midway between Santa Ysabel and Julian. The bedding was very comfortable. The bathroom was tight but overall the layout was comfortable. We had a great time. Thank you so much for making your cabin available to us.

We LOVED this charming cabin. It was a wonderful experience. It is clean, well stocked with cooking items, is in a beautiful area, and close to apple pie. The host was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. We are looking forward to returning!

Beautiful views, convenient placement

Absolutely wonderful time at the cabin. Its clise to the main property but feels very private. Many mule-deer and turkeys visited around the cabin and some fantastic bird watching from the bird feeders. We will definately visit again. Only a 15 minute drive to Julian too!

Such a great little cabin

The property is amazing. Lots of wildlife right outside your window. Everything was clean and instructions on any question that may come up was provided. All around great will be staying here again for sure.

Peaceful Getaway

The Couple's Cabin was exactly the quiet getaway we hoped for. There were thoughtful details throughout the property and helpful communication with the owners during our stay. We promised to leave a review because the cabin was extraordinarily pleasant, our only hesitation is more people will find this gem.

A Perfect Getaway

This is the first mountain cabin we've stayed in that didn't already have mouse guests and that was such a welcome change! I truly believe you couldn't find a place that was any better appointed... the hosts provide for every possible need and the cabin is so comfortable, cozy and beautifully decorated. We were very happy and want stay again!

Amazing Stay!

This was a great place for my partner and I. It was private, easy access and super cozy. We had a wonderful time and the owners are just amazing, well organized, and friendly. They took the time to leave a binder full of information that was very helpful. We would definitely come back. It was a great place to connect with my spouse and have very needed quality time.
