Beautiful 4 bedroom 2 car garage pool home with 2 car garage. Lot’s of room to stretch out here with 1942 square feet of living area. The home has a Living room and Great room, spacious Kitchen that allows more than one cook! Owner’s Suite is spacious and has a walk in closet. Tile throughout the home makes for a clean, gleaming look. Bedrooms are separated for maximum privacy. Sliding glass doors from the Great Room lead to a refreshing pool, paved with bricks and a brick pad, which is an ideal spot for grilling. The backyard is serene and very private, ensuring wonderful seclusion when you are enjoying the pool or having dinner al fresco. This location is close to dining, shopping and so much more.

February in Port Charlotte

Home was well stocked with appliances, dishes, towels,etc. Location was great and neighborhood was quiet. Pool and pool deck were a big disappointment

The house is well laid out with 4 bedrooms and is in an excellent location. Pool was warm and fantastic. Great area for safe riding of bicycle and two parks are close by. areas that could be improved are: more comfortable couch and better equipped kitchen e.g. toaster, small plates, better toaster oven and minor things like scissors and silicone spatulas that I expect owner may have been planning to improve upon anyway.

My Key West Trip

The house and pool were wonderful. I had a local friend hang out with us a lot. We had a Key West Express trip out of Ft Myers and had a great trip. Bucket list! We cooked fresh caught fish at the house, sorry about the stinky garbage can! Grilled steaks! Your property facilitated all this and more. Three friends of 40+ years gathered and another one of my friends of 50+ years. Too much fun. Loved every minute. On the water 6 days and rest time at the house in-between. Fantastic! Renting your home was one of the smartest things I have done in a long time. Thank you 😊
