Everything was very clean and well kept. The heated pool was at a temp where we were swimming in 56 degree weather and perfectactly comfortable, a very pleasant surprise! Very roomy with separated gathering areas which makes this a great rental for larger groups. Overstocked with pots and pans, utensils, plates, etc., as well as kitchen tools. We highly recommend this VRBO property.

The house has a fabulous kitchen, huge frig, 4 ovens, microwave and pretty much anything you want or need. The bedrooms were clean and the pool was great. We had coffee, condiments and snacks waiting for us and nice. Two separate living rooms and tv room with a big dinette where we dined & played card games. quiet neighborhood close to everything. Would definitely rent again

We had everything we needed and more! The pool was such a highlight for our preschooler. The adults enjoyed using the kitchen and coffee bar. The home was so well stocked, I'm not sure I've ever seen another rental with so much to make us comfortable. Dishwasher and laundry detergent, snacks, coffee, condiments, and even stacks and stacks of towels in the bathroom closets. The property is so pretty, everyone should make sure to check out the backyard. So serene. Check in was easy and check out wasn't demanding. We had a great stay!

Fabulous stay - spacious, clean and well stocked

We had a fantastic stay at this Port Charlotte home. It was clean, spacious, nice beds, quiet, and the kitchen was so well stocked. Everything was as advertised and more. We hope we get to stay here in the future, it was perfect for our group!

We stayed at this beautiful home while in Port Charlotte for a family member’s memorial service. The home was perfect for my family and we felt very comfortable and there was nothing this house lacked. Would definitely highly recommend this home for a stay.

This was the 10th year of our annual sibling trip. This house was wonderful and the most fully stocked, clean and ready for our stay that we have ever had! It was stocked fully with paper products, bottled water, some snacks, numerous small appliances, etc. The beds were clean, the grill was clean and the pool was great. The location was great ... close to many stores as needed and close to Fisherman's Village where we rented a pontoon boat. Also about an hour or more to Amakolee casino and to the Gulf coast.When texting with the owner, his response was immediate. Fabulous trip and great house!
