Port Charlotte is waiting for you at this 3-bedroom house. Step inside this charming property and you'll find a cozy king bed in the primary bedroom, a comfortable queen bed in the second bedroom and charming twin beds in the third bedroom. All bedrooms include sheets, blankets, mattress pad and pillows. The house boasts 2 full bathrooms complete with towels, toiletries, hair dryer, shower and jetted bathtub for a truly relaxing experience. Home amenities include WiFi, TV’s in both living rooms and one in primary bedroom, washer/dryer, heating and central A/C, indoor & outdoor ceiling fans, fire alarms, first aid kit and fire extinguisher. Open concept area includes dining area w/wet bar, living room area and large kitchen that is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. Attached is a separate living room area to relax and unwind with a good book. Step outside and enjoy the screen enclosed, heated pool with a fully furnished patio/ lanai area. Enjoy a day of fishing and crabbing off the dock located on the waterfront canal just a few steps outside the pool area. Restaurants and shopping are located minutes away. Whether you're exploring the city, spending time at the beach or simply unwinding by the pool, we look forward to welcoming you to our place and sharing all that Port Charlotte has to offer.

Beautiful Quiet. Relaxing

This vacation rental is very clean and exceeded our expectations. Perfect location to see everything from local beaches to state parks. Drivable to swim with manatees and visit the Everglades National Park all in the same trip. Our three generation family had plenty of room to spread out in the second living room or come together for a meal in the large open kitchen/dining area. The pool is maintained very well and perfect for a swim. Can not wait to return!

Great place to stay! Close to shops, restaurants, grocery stores.

The kitchen was very well equipped! Seriously, the kitchen has plenty of dishes, pots pans, crockpot, coffee maker, silverware and utensils. Very clean ! Great communication! Christina was so nice and thoughtful ! We would consider this home again next year

The house was more than expected. The living spaces were perfect for all the family to visit, watch FEVER Basketball and play dominoes. The pool and pool area were great for morning coffee and watching birds playing on the deck out by the canal. The master bedroom and adjoining bath was excellent with plenty of space to be shared. We will definitely try to rent again next time we come to Florida.

Port Charlotte has a lot of rich history, strong sense of community and is a beautiful place to visit. We like the laid back feel and how it is accessible to so many things including, numerous parks, nature preserves, and miles of scenic waterways and beaches. Port Charlotte Beach Park is minutes away and is another favorite of ours because it’s clean, relaxing and the sunsets are amazing! Our family really enjoys spending time together swimming in the pool and relaxing by the canal fishing for hours. We love Port Charlotte and know our guests will too.
