We had seven co-workers who stayed here for a conference. The house was very clean, the kitchen was very well appointed and we had great spaces both levels to gather and spend time together. Host was very responsive and helpful before and during the trip.

Beautiful, quiet home. Very responsive hosts and would recommend to everyone! There was a ton of space. The location was great for visiting downtown and Boulder.

Perfect for family gatherings

The host was really nice to work with and even allowed us to view the property prior to our stay. Photos are accurate and do not exaggerate the properties features as some other postings do. Wish it had been warm enough to use the fire pits but we definitely enjoyed the hot tub.

This home was excellent for our family while in Denver for our son’s wedding! It was spotless- a big shout out to the cleaning crew!! The “extra perks” such as a welcome basket, mints at each bedside, toys for little ones, a basket of toiletries, corn hole, fire pits, hot tub, grill, etc were greatly appreciated!! Our host answered any and all questions in a timely manner and was very pleasant to work with!! I will definitely recommend this home to others!

Kia and Rob’s place was absolutely perfect for our group of 11. If you need a place just outside of Denver and close to the mountains, look no further. Denver stay

This house was perfect for our large group and our trip to Denver. From the street, you are unaware of all the room in this house! Comfortable beds, kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, pans, seasonings, and the refrigerator even had ketchup, and other condiments. This is a great house.
