Whether you grill by the pool in the summer, hike through the picturesque forest in the autumn, cozy up around the fire pit and watch the snowfall or enjoy some sledding in the winter, bird-watch or take an early morning (heated) dip in the spring, you'll love the peacefulness of this, our paradise! More about our property:
Our home is nestled on 15 stunning, natural acres. You will arrive on our semicircular driveway (large enough for 8+ vehicles) and pull up in front of our beautiful colonial home, surrounded by mature trees and breathtaking views.

On the flat south lawn, you will find views south (into the forest), south-west towards the hills and in the evenings cozy up around the fire-pit and you can watch the incredibly dreamy sunsets. You can find a tidy woodpile at the back of the house for your use. Don't miss the stunning beauty of the New England landscape, especially the breathtaking beauty of fall colors at their peak!

In the summer, jump in our heated pool and relax there for the whole of your trip! There is seating (enough for all guests), loungers, a large grill and table.

Head further south on the property, past fields full of wildlife, past the large natural pond and you'll find yourself in our wild forest. After a short walk south, you'll arrive at the end of our property: a creek (that is quite magical in the summer sun.) Return the way you came, we haven't lost anyone yet! :)

In the wintertime, explore the peaceful snowy landscape in your own little winter wonderland, complete with hills for sledding!

Within just a short drive of multiple modern shopping complexes, Binghamton University, and the convienences of city life while being enfolded in the quiet and secluded peace of nature, your stay at our home will have something for everyone.

You will have full access to the whole house and property during your stay (minus a few storage rooms, cupboards and the garage.

Other things to note: Fire wood is provided through the fall and winter months for using in our outdoor fire pit.
