I loved everything about this property, it was breathtaking, not to mention SUPER CLEAN. The host Candy made her home feel like my own. She was also very responsive. My son is off to college in Melbourne so this home will now become my home once visiting my son.

This house was super clean and had everything we needed. We were visiting a sick relative and appreciated how close it was to the nearby hospitals and the airport. Great communication from the host. We will definitely keep this house in mind for future visits.

Family vaca to Spacecoast

This house was amazing for our family of 6. It allowed us the perfect amount of space to spread out, cook meals when we wanted, and all the conveniences of home. Definitely plan to stay again.

Stayed a week for a beach wedding

Candy was easy for me to contact. I was under the impression there was a hot tub there but there wasn’t. We was able to work through that issue. Other than that the house came with tons of things you will appreciate. Very clean house. Had zero issues with the neighbors or noise. Plenty of space for 5 adults.

Great vacation home

My family of 6 stayed in the house for 2 nights and it was great! Plenty of room and everything you need to come home and relax while on vacation. Very clean and updated! Candy was very responsive and had great communication with me. Would definitely stay again.

Clean, Bright, Modern Melbourne Home Minutes from Airport

We were extremely happy with our stay in Melbourne, FL. The house was clean, modern and bright and only minutes from the Melbourne Airport! There didn't seem to be anything missing from the spacious and easy-to-use kitchen. As tall people, we loved the separate toilet, double sinks and large shower in the master bath and the his/hers closets in the master bedroom. Candy was wonderfully accommodating and super quick to respond to emails! Thank you for making it our weekend home away from home! We would definitely return to this property if in the area again!

The home was perfect! It was very modern and clean. We only stayed two nights, but it suited our needs perfectly. The host was exceptional with communication. Every email I sent was responded to in a timely manner. Reaching her by phone was immediate. I’d recommend this property and host any day!

Clean and Comfy

What drew me to rent this house was it was new. Upon entering you get a clean, fresh modern vibe. The host did a great job with making you feel at home with all your necessities met. All the rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. The master suite was so nice. Great location to the airport. I would totally stay here again and recommend it to others. Checkout was very simple. I have stayed in other rentals where you have to supply your own toilet paper which to me is a huge turnoff. Thanks for making our stay super enjoyable.

Melbourne Experience

The house was beautiful, all new appliances. The decor was great. Just one issue there was no explanation on how to use TV's( to find local channels or passwords for any of the streaming channels). The neighborhood seems to be in transition, but very safe and quiet. Would definitely stay there again. The host thought of everything..

Two nights in Melbourne

Very clean and quiet with only a distant train during the night. Very quit neighborhood, and the house is modern, secure, and comfortable. I liked having a garage for my car. Would stay here again.

Gorgeous, modern, spacious condo!

This gorgeous condo was immaculate, and can accommodate 2 couples and two children. It's very close to the beach, as well as to restaurants and shops on the main downtown strip!
