The Space:
Note: The second sleeping area is a den (interior room without a window) where weâve installed a double-over-double bunk bed. This setup allows larger groups or families to stay together in a central location at an affordable price. While the den does not have a window, it is fully enclosed and comfortable for sleeping.
Vibrant central area â guests may experience some city noise. Paid parking available.
Welcome to our modern Quinpool loft, designed to give you a comfortable base while you explore Halifax. The open living space offers plenty of natural light, high ceilings, and cozy seating, making it a great place to relax after a day in the city.
Youâll also have access to in-suite laundry, air conditioning, and high-speed WiFi, making the loft ideal for both short and longer stays.

Guests have access to everything inside the apartment.

Quinpool Road is one of Halifaxâs most lively areas. Youâll be surrounded by:

Halifax Commons is just steps away, and downtown attractions are within a 10-minute walk.
Because of the central location, guests may experience some city noise, especially in the evenings.
Getting Around:
This is an excellent location for those who enjoy walking to their destinations. If you have a car, there is on street parking nearby. If you are a bus go-er your steps away from the nearest bus stop!
Other Things to Note:
There is no cable TV, only internet programming (which includes Netflix and Youtube) .
PARKING (CONTINUOUS):
In Halifax, parking availability is limited. To efficiently manage the small number of parking spots available and enhance our guests' experience, we've collaborated with the parking operator, 'Honk.' Guests can conveniently select their desired parking duration and make payments by scanning the QR code displayed on the parking sign or with the provided link. Please make sure to register your vehicle to prevent any potential tickets from parking enforcers.
- The guest can arrive any time and purchase the nightly rate for $10 valid until 11:00 am.
- The rate is called "continuous parking" which means that once they leave, the spot might be gone.
- The rate is intended to have guests pay a full night without moving the vehicle
- The rate expires at 11:00 am.
As an alternative: there is an option to buy hourly rates at $1 per hour.
We're happy to provide you with the following supplies for your convenience for FREE:

â 2x toilet paper per bathroom
