The Space:
Welcome to our stylish 2-bedroom loft on Quinpool, just steps from The Commons and a 10-minute walk to downtown Halifax. With its high ceilings and sunlit rooms, this loft offers both style and comfort. It's equipped with essential modern amenities including air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, laundry facilities, and plush beds to ensure your stay is comfortable. Located in a vibrant area, our guests are surrounded by excellent dining, cozy cafes, diverse shops, and essential services, making it the perfect spot for those looking to explore the city's culture and convenience.

Despite its lively location, the loft provides a peaceful retreat, well-insulated from the hustle and bustle. It's worth noting that some city noise is part of the experience. The building's entrance features large stairs, leading to our compact yet efficient 2-bedroom space that accommodates 6 guests comfortably. Perched above a pizza shop, guests enjoy the subtle aroma of pizza without significant noise, adding a unique charm to your stay. With parking available, this loft is an ideal blend of urban living and cozy comfort, ensuring a memorable visit to Halifax.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to everything inside the apartment.

The Neighborhood:
Quinpool district has everything at your fingertips, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store, bank, pharmacy, shops, etc. The commons are a stone throw away - a great place to take a walk, play some baseball or throw a frisbee. Downtown core is only a 10 minute walk, and houses some of the best restaurants and shops that Nova Scotia has to offer!

Getting Around:
This is an excellent location for those who enjoy walking to their destinations. If you have a car, there is on street parking nearby. If you are a bus go-er your steps away from the nearest bus stop!

Other Things to Note:
There is no cable TV, only internet programming (which includes Netflix and Youtube) .

PARKING (CONTINUOUS):
In Halifax, parking availability is limited. To efficiently manage the small number of parking spots available and enhance our guests' experience, we've collaborated with the parking operator, 'Honk.' Guests can conveniently select their desired parking duration and make payments by scanning the QR code displayed on the parking sign or with the provided link. Please make sure to register your vehicle to prevent any potential tickets from parking enforcers.

- The guest can arrive any time and purchase the nightly rate for $10 valid until 11:00 am.
- The rate is called "continuous parking" which means that once they leave, the spot might be gone.
- The rate is intended to have guests pay a full night without moving the vehicle
- The rate expires at 11:00 am.

As an alternative: there is an option to buy hourly rates at $1 per hour.

Close to all amenities

Great location. Lots of fun places to eat within walking distances, superstore, liquor store, pubs coffee shops!! Washer & Dryer were great onsite and very convenient for us. Beds were cozy. Kitchen amenities are basic but that’s all you need. Parking was a breeze too.

It was acceptable. There should have been more bag for recycling, garbage and organic stuff. The shower curtain should be replaced it had a bad odour.

Sketchy booking

Immediately after booking I was sent a text message saying I would need to sign up for a different site for security purposes. When I asked for clarification I did not receive a response for weeks until after I messaged again on the vrbo app. Communication on the hosts end was sparse and was only sent by text message. I only received messages on the vrbo app after I said I wanted to cancel my booking. I attempted to cancel the booking after weeks of terrible communication but the refund window had passed. I did not end up staying at the location and did not receive my refund in the end.
