Les familles, le bien-nommé, 3 BR, 3 BA copropriété dans la belle vallée de Sun, Idaho.

Cette unité de l'étage / bas est situé dans le complexe Ridge Condominium à Elkhorn Village. Location comprend des équipements à Elkhorn Village, y compris les courts de tennis, piscines / bain à remous, et la réduction des droits de jeu au Golf Club Elkhorn. Il est adjacent à libérer, les transports en commun qui mÚne les coureurs tout au long de la belle vallée de la riviÚre bois pour profiter du ski, de la randonnée, le vélo et d'autres activités de plein air et se trouve à distance de marche de Dollar Mountain et son pavillon.

Le condo est décoré dans l'ouest / Sun Valley décor et a une laveuse / sécheuse, cuisine entiÚrement équipée, et les draps. Deux chambres ont des lits king, et on a des lits jumeaux, de sorte qu'il peut accueillir jusqu'à six enfants et les adultes (jusqu'à 6 personnes). Le pont inférieur est dotée d'un espace commun complet pour le jeu des enfants, ce qui le rend idéal pour les familles.

Perfect Place!

The condo was a great corner unit conveniently located right across the street from the bus stop. The condo was equipped with all the essentials and wonderfully decorated! Super clean! It was a short walk to a beautiful outdoor hot tub. The host was amazing! Great communication! We would definitely stay there again!

Sun Valley 2025 Trip

We enjoyed having sufficient space for the 4 of us including bathrooms. The Condo had all the supplies needed to prepare meals. Things were clean and organized. Ron was a great host and replied to my emails as well as gave some great tips for our stay. We were 5 minutes away from the Dollar Lodge and 15-20 minutes from Bald Mountain. The Condo was very quiet and cozy.

Comfortable haven

This unit had just about anything you’d need. The bedrooms are spacious and beds extremely comfortable. Although I gave perfect ratings, I wish there was air conditioning since the top floor got hot during the afternoons.

Perfect Spring Break Location

We had a wonderful time here. The condo is extremely clean, beds are comfortable, and the location can't be beat. It's right across the street from the bus stop so getting to the base of the mountain was so easy. Ron was even kind enough to mail a package back when one of our party forgot some clothes. He's a wonderful host.

Ron was a fabulous host as always. Love the fact that he personally helps you and does not leave it all to VRBO. Condo had everything we needed and Sun Valley is such an incredible winter destination.

Great spot for wedding Party

The property was exactly as described and very comfortable. The Ridge is a perfect location to rent several condos for family and friends for weddings or reunions or just a great vacation. I highly recommend this condo!

Great layout for group

We stayed in the Elkhorn property for a family Sun Valley ski trip. The layout worked great with the bedrooms on the lower level and a spacious gathering area on the upper level. It’s nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom. The location is good with restaurants and shops close by in Ketchum. Ron was responsive to my questions and we didn’t have any problems. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

This condo was perfect for us for the ski week. Large living room, comfortable bedrooms, good location. Ron was very attentive to the one minor problem we had. Nice to have an owner to call rather than waiting on hold with property management.

Family gathering

Right around the corner from Dollar mtn which is great for beginners and park enthusiasts. 10 minutes from Bald mtn the main Sun Valley resort which is very accessible by bus or car. We came to ski and enjoy family time. very comfortable beds! 3bdrm and 3 baths made it very nice for us to blend families - spacious living and dining. We ate in mostly. Plenty of kitchen amenities for that. I do recommend the Ketchum dining experience, but make reservations ahead as they do book up! There are many to choose from. Sun Valley is a delightful place to vacation. There is a hot tub at the club house a few blocks away which is outside. Quite a treat under the full moon!

Great spot for families

Perfect, practical spot for families who are in SV to really just ski. Plenty of space for families - especially with younger kids. 5 minutes from Dollar Mt, 10 minutes from Baldy Base. Ron (owner/mgr) is exceptional, made everything really, really easy.

Fall Family Fun

The property was great for our family gathering! Beds were comfortable and bedrooms were away from the living area so sleepers were not disturbed. The property was well stocked and had everything we needed. Ron was accommodating to our request to check in early which was very much appreciated! Good time!

We came to Idaho as educators in 1972 from Ohio. We have three children and two grandchildren who love Sun Valley as much as we do. Sun Valley is a family-friendly place!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Sun Valley is our favorite destination spot in Idaho and surrounding states. The area has everything that makes it a perfect get-away, including spectacular scenery, world-class outdoor activities, and friendly people. We enjoy snowshoeing in the winter months and hiking, biking, and golf in the summertime, but we also take full advantage of the large variety of shopping and restaurant opportunities in the area. We prefer being in Elkhorn because it is close to the Sun Valley Resort, Ketchum, and Hailey, but its secluded location lets us enjoy the peaceful, mountain environment. We love coming to "the Valley" because we can relax and be as active as we want to be; we always hate to leave.

We previously owned and rented through VRBO a 1 BR/one BA condominium in the same complex, but our family outgrew it. Because we have really appreciated being in the Ridge Condominium Complex, we were delighted when this larger unit became available in the fall of 2014.
