Magnifique condo rénové à Elkhorn - Vue sur la montagne, proche des commodités!

Belle Ridge récemment rénové 2 chambres (6 couchages), 2 salles de bain maison avec vue sur la montagne! Situé dans Elkhorn relaxant avec distance de marche de la piscine, bain à remous, tennis et club house de golf.

Ce magnifique condo entièrement rénové comprend des planchers de bois franc partout, une cuisine ouverte avec de nouvelles armoires et des appareils en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en dalle de quartz et une grande salle à manger. A également un nouveau foyer au gaz, des salles de bains rénovées et de nouveaux meubles. Le salon à l'étage dispose d'une nouvelle télévision connectée à écran plat de 55 pouces avec DVD et Netflix, d'un nouveau grand canapé-lit confortable et d'une alcôve de bureau avec connexion Wi-Fi gratuite. Deux grandes terrasses avec barbecue au gaz naturel à l'étage et une vue magnifique sur les montagnes.

Le niveau inférieur dispose d'un grand maître avec lit king, 2 placards, grande commode, télévision montée, salle de bain complète et terrasse. Une deuxième chambre a deux lits jumeaux et une grande commode. Une deuxième salle de bain avec salle de bain complète ainsi qu'une laveuse et une sécheuse sont également à l'étage inférieur.

We highly recommend staying at this beautiful condo in Sun Valley! The mountain views from the deck are absolutely wonderful, and the condo is thoughtfully set up to provide everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. Rochelle was a gracious, responsive, and helpful host, and the condo was exceptionally well stocked. The beds were also extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax and feel right at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

The apartment was clean and was nestled in the trees. Was very pretty area. The kitchen was very well stocked with even tea, which I really appreciate it. We enjoyed the pool and took a walk in the morning, which was awesome. It was located very close to the skating rink Where we enjoyed the skating show. We would love to come again.

This is a beautifully decorated condo, with a wonderful new, beautifully equipped kitchen. Top this off with extremely comfortable mattresses on all the beds, we give it 5 stars!

Fantastic place, quiet, comfy

My wife and I stayed here while we were cerebrating our anniversary. The owners are great. The condo was very cozy, with good views. It's minutes from Ketchum. Good hiking and biking location. It was a great place to stay.

Fun family getaway!

We really enjoyed our time at this Elkhorn condo! It is clean and has some nice updates, is well located and easy to get to the ski areas or downtown Ketchum. Rochelle is great to communicate with and helped make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. It was the perfect home base for our family of four.

Clean, quite, and relaxing place to vacation.

I have stayed in The Ridges multiple times. Each time is great. There was roofing going on this time which was a bit problematic. But I still loved the condo and all the accommodations.

Wonderful stay with family

Amazing Weekend in Sun Valley!

We go to Sun Valley to ski each winter. We have stayed in different rental properties each year. This is our favorite so far! And one we would definitely want to stay at again. Rochelle was great at communicating everything before check in. The until was nice, clean, well supplied and so convenient for everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect home away from home in Sun Valley

The condo was exactly as shown/described. The location is quiet and close enough to restaurants/the downtown to be convenient but away from the main streets with a beautiful view of the mountains. It was clean and tastefully updated. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed for cooking/baking during our vacation as a family of four. Rochelle was quick to respond to questions and the reservation/check in process was seamless. Overall, a great experience in an absolutely gorgeous location!

Great Rental

We had a great time at this rental. Great location, easy communication, VERY well stocked. I have stayed at a lot of VRBO's this one by far had the best stocked kitchen. Any spice you could need was there. Lots of board games. Plenty of towels, shampoo and soap. The bottle of wine and COVID supplies basket was appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

We have found our go-to Sun Valley rental!!!

Rochelle and Charlie are great owners who know how to do things RIGHT!!! We are owners in SV, and our property is rented long-term; so we always need a place to stay when we come to town. We have stayed in many units over the last five years, but this one is the tops! The recent remodel is beautiful and functional; kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms are well-stocked; w/d in unit (which makes a huge difference when hiking/biking daily); and, most importantly.....Rochelle is a pleasure to work with...responsive, communicative, pleasant and fun! These folks have been loving SV for years and it shows. You can't go wrong staying in this fabulous unit.

Clean, Spacious, Great Layout, Super Responsive Owner

The layout of this condo couldn't be better. It's a split level with living space/kitchen up and bedrooms down. All the rooms are spacious and the furniture is perfectly arranged. The living room with TV area and enormous sectional will accommodate a lot of people. The deck is large enough to seat 4 for dinner with a nice view and privacy. We found the condo really clean and well stocked. The owner was absolutely terrific. Super responsive to our questions. She left lots of detailed instructions about where things are, how to work the appliances, etc. Really couldn't have been a better experience all the way around. Thank you Rochelle!

This was one of the nicest VRBOS we have ever stayed at. Spotlessly clean, beautiful and quiet location with privacy and views of the mountains, great layout, uncluttered, and a fully equipped kitchen. This lovely condo was perfect in every regard. Beautiful apartment.

This place is beautiful, comfortable, and clean. I’ve stayed at many ski condos and cabins in my years and this is the nicest place I’ve ever stayed. The decor is tasteful and most important updated. I could live in this condo. Rochelle is great. Super communicative, super helpful and always prompt in her responses. This couldn’t have been an easier or nicer stay.

Great spot

All the comforts of home and more. Everything was thought through. Cabinets were all labeled and stocked. Mattresses and pillows were comfortable. Clean and tidy. Great location. Always had a parking spot. Just the place you want to come home to and relax after a day outdoors. Hope to go back again.

There is so much to do in Sun Valley! Seasonal amenities passes for included for access to pool/sauna/hot tub and tennis/pickle ball courts. Elkhorn Springs Golf Club (golf discount!), pool and tennis is within close walking distance. Harker Center is a 5 minute drive. The mountain biking is world class in the summer and the skiing is world class in the winter. There are walking and hiking trails galore, right out your door! Try fly fishing, horseback riding, white water rafting, concert-going, ice skating and more! The beauty of Sun Valley's nature is incredible as are the restaurants and this condo is a beautiful place to relax.
