Stayed here with a group of friends this pas weekend and it was a wonderful experience! Very nice area and the house was as expected from the photos! Will definitely keep it in mind to come back to!

Celebrating Father's Life After Interment

Was perfect for our needs: 5 couples needing non single bed rooms. Was close enough to the cemetery , essentials & entertainment to make for a relaxing time. Host was extremely accommodating & expedited solutions to any issues that arised.

House is pretty beat up. But ok. There were not enough towels at all. One towel and hand towel p/p. The kitchen isn’t very well stocked. The location was wonderful and the house was very spacious. I wouldn’t stay there again. They also gave us the wrong door key code. We made it work and had great family time.

Nice place for a large group

The space is great for a large family or group. Pretty location on a canal, iguanas walking the property, pool was great, inside has several different rooms, big dining room table and living room area for everyone to sit together. The house does need some limited upgrading or minor fixes, the hot tub was not working, the games in the game room were in disrepair, and some of the kitchen small appliances were broken.

Wonderful family vacation

The house was really beautiful and was very accommodating for our family. Check in was smooth and the owner responded to any issue which really wasn’t much. The only thing I can say is the pool person came to maintain pool and hot tub and poured a lot of chlorine in hot tub where we couldn’t even go near for over 24 hours. Otherwise wonderful place to vacation.

Family wedding

The property is in need of some upkeep. Kitchen was awesome bedrooms were nice. Great place for a large gathering sofa however, was filthy. Outside lawn furniture filthy. The property is just not maintained. The pictures are very misleading

Property was great! only a few issues, tv was difficult to figure out, we were there for the super bowl and couldn't tune in to basic cbs tv! Thank god someone had a paramount account so we could live stream the game . Other issue was ac would go off at night so it was a little hot and thermostats were hooked to wifi and could not be turned up or down i assume set for a specific run time ? Other than that the place was aces !!

Very Misleading Pictures

I would like to start out by saying this property layout was great for a large family gathering. The floors, surfaces and bathrooms were clean. However, this property is in significant need of repairs and maintenance. The furniture inside and outside of this property were filthy. Ripped cushions/fabric, heavily stained fabrics, broken chairs, mismatched furniture sets, hazardous miscellaneous pieces of furniture and equipment left around the yard, etc..The yard itself was littered with debris from trees, ropes, lawn care equipment, discarded furniture, pool equipment and other items that were very unsafe for the two toddlers we had with us. This required a good amount of cleaning on our part to make sure the area was safe. There is a large crack in the ceiling above the stove that drips down into the kitchen when it rains, which is very close to opening up. This was all reported to the hosts at the start and throughout our stay. The response was always “We have 30 properties to manage.”. They did send someone to “clean up the yard” when we complained. They came and cleaned up some of the debris that was on one half of the yard. It is also important to add that this property claims to have two rooms that have two beds each, one room with two king beds and one room with two full/queen beds. In reality, there is one bedroom with three queen sized beds. This may be why the couch is so filthy, I’m sure other renters have ended up having to sleep on it.
