Cette maison est un domaine au bord de l'eau entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ© pour la paix et la dĂ©tente. Nous avons entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ© cette maison en 2016. La maison est toujours impeccable. Cette maison a un plan d'Ă©tage complĂštement ouvert avec de superbes nouvelles fenĂȘtres et une vue sur le front de mer pour votre plaisir de vacances.

La villa paradisiaque offre le vrai confort de la maison pour 10 à 12 personnes. Il a (3) suites de chambre principale avec lits King Size / salles de bain complÚtes. La (4) Úme chambre a deux ensembles de lits superposés (lits doubles en bas et lits jumeaux en haut) Salle de bain complÚte et dressing.

Vous vous sentirez parfaitement à l'aise grùce à un grand espace de vie ouvert avec de nombreux siÚges et un nouveau téléviseur de 70 ". Une cuisine contemporaine entiÚrement rénovée avec des appareils modernes et (2) réfrigérateurs / machines à glaçons pour votre plaisir de divertissement, grande salle à manger (table de 8 personnes) et ßlot massif avec des siÚges supplémentaires pour (4).

Tout est fait pour profiter du superbe climat de la Floride dans une atmosphĂšre de jardins tropicaux, de grands palmiers dans sa vĂ©gĂ©tation luxuriante avec sa vue sur l'eau. Le patio, un grand espace vous accueille, avec une belle grande piscine chauffĂ©e et (5) chaises longues avec un parasol massif pour vous protĂ©ger du soleil. Un nouveau barbecue extĂ©rieur est prĂȘt pour votre plaisir de dĂźner en plein air.

The house was immaculate. Every bedroom had a bathroom. The beds were comfortable with the exception of the bunk beds, my 27 year old son said it was too hard. The living room had just enough seating for my family of 6 to be comfortable. The kitchen was a chef's dream with every appliance you could ask for. 3 coffee makers and 2 full sized refrigerators. Our host Collette was a sweetheart and the property manager Jamie was very attentive, she went out of her way to make us comfortable. The pool and hot tub are the star of the show! We were in it everyday. The outdoor BBQ and huge table for 8 was where we ate most of our meals. The home is located with close proximity to the beach, stores & fabulous restaurants. I would highly recommend this property!

The home is big, bright, and airy. Beautifully landscaped and excellent pool and hot tub. The views off the canal were stunning and the home came complete with everything needed to really relax and enjoy yourself. The owner and manager were very easy to communicate with and responded to any inquiries promptly. Would stay there again with no hesitation.

Furniture in living room and dining was so worn out and uncomfortable. This house is beautiful and could be better with improvements. We had to ask to have hot tub to be turned on and owner did so. We had fun but was not comfortable when it came to sitting around. Photos of pool were taken how many years ago?

Beautiful interior and well maintained. The air conditioning in the children’s bedroom not so good which was a problem as the children did not sleep so well. The exterior of the property could do with some maintenance especially the condition of the underside of the balcony at the rear it looks like it could collapse at anytime and generally looks tired.

House was clean and roomy. Great to have bathroom for each bedroom.Had to enter with host rep at check in. Never did that before. There were a list of rules with, most notably, instruction to contact host/owner when we wanted the spa turned on. Kitchen is great, nice appliances. hot

The house was fantastic. Clean, well equipped, very well decorated. It has a great pool and outside patio. It also had the little extra's like beach chairs, rafts for the pool, plenty of towels & blankets and a working gas grill.

Great VRBO for families

We had a great time at this VRBO. Location was wonderful and the home was gorgeous. We had a wonderful family vacation! Pool and hot tub were great. However, the only note I would like to point out is that none of the outdoor furniture matches the pictures on VRBO. That should be updated.

Thanksgiving holiday

Very clean. All of the rooms are huge. We loved being on the water so the boys could fish. Very close to stores when needed things. The kitchen is fully stocked that we were able to make a full Thanksgiving dinner. We even used the grill one night.

Amazing Location!

Our family stayed at this house last week for Spring Break and it was absolutely spectacular! Highly, highly recommend! We had 7 adults, 3 children (ages 9, 8 and 6) and one infant - plenty of spacious room in the house and out on the back patio. The pictures of this house are spot on and it was the perfect location. From the moment we stepped in and the house manager showed us around to the moment we left, everything was perfect. If you are debating on booking this location, don’t hesitate any longer! You will not be disappointed with the accommodations. Additional recognition to Collette and her promptness of responding to messages and our questions, she was extremely kind and very responsive. Perfect location for a family vacation and the pool and hot tub are perfect for kids and adults!

Mother of the Groom

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The house was beautiful and in a great location. It was the most well stocked Vrbo that I have ever been to. The only thing I wish I was different was that it had window coverings on the front and back of the house. Regardless, we felt very safe. The property manager was very nice and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Discover our family estate completely renovated, its stunning pool, its large rooms. where 10 people may have the most comfortable vacation. This estate is 5 minutes from the beach and very close by shops, restaurants, local gym and bars.

Have a good time and benefit from the quietness of the backyard, the relaxing water. Relax on the patio and feel the soft canal breeze. We wanted to design the estate's interior with contemporary design. We are avid boaters and paddle boarders, you can do this right off our beautiful 80ft dock.
