This home was the perfect location for our stay. We were able to walk to the farmers market, shops and spent some time at Oddside. The home was super comfy and well stocked for our stay. We are looking forward to our next trip to Grand Haven.

The condo was beautiful! Very clean and nicely decorated. Loved the balcony seating with the screen to keep bugs away. The location was great, walking distance to downtown. Very comfortable stay, highly recommend!!

This property is so well stocked and we love the location. We can walk or bike to all our favorite activities and there is plenty of space for our family. The beds are so soft and comfy and everything was immaculate.

The Condo is very beautiful and clean. The owner has put a lot of thought into anything you could need for your stay. The kitchen has everything you need, there are plenty of towels, and blankets in the bedrooms and bathroom. The beds are very comfortable. It is a great place to stay and relax near the beaches and lighthouses that are in the area.

Everything was perfect could not have had a better host with Fred always wondering if we had everything we needed which we did and did not need anything else..It has always been super clean and kitchen with everything you might need…We were lucky to find such a great host for our second year here…

The property was amazing! It was spacious, clean and close to everything. It had everything you could want - bikes, kitchen supplies, coffee, etc. There was a hiccup with checking in but the host went above and beyond to remedy the issue. I highly recommend this property!

We really enjoyed this property. It was close to all of our Grand Haven favorites. Fred was very responsive to our questions when they arose. One thing to note in particular. The balcony was very clean and free of spiders and spider webs. Other properties we've rented are often neglected in this area... not this one!

Loved the Beachy Vibe!

This condo was a perfect location for our family weekend getaway. Beds were SO comfortable! It was awesome being able to walk to the beach or to the social district for food/beverages. The kiddos loved zooming along the boardwalk on their scooters.

This condo lived up to the listing as advertised, and was of high quality and cleanliness. They anticipate your needs well by providing you the tools and accessories for a comfortable and stress-free stay, and then some! An easy walk to downtown and/or the waterfront is a bonus.

Long weekend stay

The property was very clean and the host very communicative. The only negative was there was a lot of traffic noise on Jackson Street. The location was within a few blocks of downtown Grand Haven, but fairly long walk to the beach. Overall a very nice stay.

Excellent location to town, restaurants and beach. Unfortunately, being in the middle of the action resulted in substantially loud road noise. Hubby took hearing aids, so didn't hear a thing! The condo was clean and well stocked.

Fred is a great host. Condo had all the amenities anyone could think of. Close to down town. Nice to have the use of the garage as we brought our bikes up.

Condo was clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great location to downtown. Fred was responsive to small issues. If you have difficulty with stairs, there are two flights to the upper bedrooms. Beds in both upper bedrooms are very soft. If you require a firm mattress, this will be a concern.

Beautiful Grand Haven property

This townhouse is immaculately kept fully stocked with linens and kitchen supplies even with coffee and sugar so thoughtfully provided! The beds were so comfortable, and there was plenty of space. Porch is even screened in, which was delightful since the weather was so nice!! The king bedrooms were perfect for the adults and the twin over full bunk beds on the first floor were perfect for kids. Every bedroom has its own bathroom! The location is a short walk (a few blocks) from downtown restaurants, and there was even a small town playground half a block from the house. Surroundings were quiet at night for sleep. I would definitely stay here again, the setup was ideal. Fred is a very responsive and excellent host. Check in and check out were very smooth. We loved our stay!
