David was very easy to communicate with and was very available. The townhouse is beautiful and has plenty of room. We love the time we spend there and have stayed multiple times. Our stays at this VRBO have always been great.

You can walk everywhere! Excellent location and this condo is beautiful and immaculate. We had 4 people stay and all loved our beds and pillows. We would definitely recommend this hot spot and hopefully we will make it back!

Very impressed

We truly enjoyed our stay. Great communication with owners, nicely appointed accommodations, and right in town. The kitchen was well equipped and the owners had plenty of extras...nice bikes, plenty of beach equipment, and even a grill. I would definitely recommend this vacation rental to others.

Perfect for our family

Ideal location with a kind, thoughtful host. Definitely the best place we’ve stayed in our five visits to GH. Host has thought of everything you could possibly need. Even little things like having a wagon for our small kids and a step stool for them at the bathroom sink. Excellent place!

If you thrive on staying in a beautiful place, this is for you. Easy walking to everything, but just far enough out of the downtown chaos to have quiet sleeping. Downstairs bedroom and bathroom was perfect place for our adult kids and their little one.

Phenomenal digs!

This property is definitely the nicest place we have ever stayed! The location was great, and the first class finishes here were amazing! The owner added great touches to make us feel comfortable and welcome. All the pictures online were beautiful, and upon arrival we were not at all disappointed. We will absolutely be back!!

Best VRBO Experience Ever!

This is the only time a rental has ever looked better than the photos in the listing, and the photos were good. This was the perfect home away from home for us. It was clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. The mattresses were super comfortable, there were extra blankets, and the kitchen was not lacking for anything. We enjoyed being close walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach and pier. We really enjoyed sitting around the fireplace in the evening. Many people think of Grand Haven as a summer destination, but if you are staying in the right accommodations, it makes for a lovely, cozy winter get-away.

Best Place for a Birthday Weekend

I recently celebrated a milestone birthday with dear friends in this condo. There were three couples and this place was absolutely perfect in all aspects. Great kitchen to gather and share meals and memories. It was well stocked with everything - just bring your own food. The common area was just right for settling in around the fireplace. Each couple had private bedrooms and baths and a surprise was the large walking and additional sitting areas. Only one block over is the downtown shopping and restaurants- so easy to walk to. We all agreed this would be our annual home away from home! Definitely felt spoiled and absolutely loved the finishes to top it off.

HS Girls Get Together

Three 60 women friends got together from out of start-all friends from high school. The condo was modern, spacious and convenient to all activities. However, none of the 6 TVs worked and we had to change our plans to watch the Kentucky Derby. The host never responded to our text or phone call. Also one of the 3 bikes went flat during our bike ride which was disappointing. Other than that it was a great stay.

Apologies for the Kentucky Derby miss...I responded to your message sent on VRBO. All 6 TV's are smart and need to be connected to the internet. Apparently, due to an outage the day before the internet was not working properly and only needed a simple modem reset...I was not aware of this until we arrived to clean and had the internet back up in 3 minutes. I saw that one of the bikes had a flat tire and pumped it back up with tire pump provided in the garage. Tire pressure can vary with the change of seasons. Great property!

Great location, very practical floor plan for families. Huge primary bedroom and large additional bedrooms upstairs and in the basement. Multiple areas for kids to play/watch TV. Nice to have garage since it snowed all weekend. Highly recommend!
