BEDROOM LAYOUT:
3 Beds and 4 Baths total
2 bedrooms and 2 full baths located on the third floor
1 bedroom and 1 full bath located on ground floor (same floor as garage)
Kitchen and living room on 2nd floor.

MASTER BEDROOM has a queen bed with attached full bathroom (shower ONLY). USB ports in the nightstand for charging your cell phone, as well as the living room side tables.

SECOND BEDROOM has a queen bed and full bathroom (bathtub and shower combo).

3RD BEDROOM has pull out sofa bed, a loveseat couch (two-seater) opens into a fold-out bed. Full bathroom next to 3rd bedroom (bathtub and shower combo).

All bedrooms have Smart TV’s and Alexa.
Bed and Bath linens provided.

Two nearby kid playgrounds, only a 3 minute walk. Our son enjoys the accessible swing seat for children with disabilities.
Chinook Pier Mini Golf (Open Memorial Day To Labor Day).
3 min car ride to Imagination Station on Mulligan Drive. It features a large outdoor play area for children with swings, slides, and an open field.
Craigs Cruisers bumper cars, DEFY indoor playground and Michigan's Adventure in Muskegon.
Visit the local Nature Center in West Olive.

Portside Condominium is next to Wharf Marina and Yacht Club in Ottawa County. Near the Grand River Boardwalk. Go shopping in Spring Lake, or places nearby in Norton Shores, Ferrysburg, Nunica, Fruitport, Holland, and Coopersville.

DAMAGE PROTECTION:
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay, in addition to the nightly rates and fees.

Critical stay information: Accessibility information (stairs are required from the ground floor to kitchen, and from the living room to two bedrooms). Locks on doors are located at the front door and back door to the garage. Smoke detectors are inside the condo for safety.
