Beach Access: The beach access for Seabreeze is the Ed Waline Beach Access located 1.2 miles from the home.  Additionally, the Longleaf Pine Trail (right next to the home) leads all the way to the Gulfview Heights Beach Access!


 

Pool Access: Seabreeze enjoys access to the AMAZING Cypress Breeze community pool just a short walk from the home!

Birthday Getaway
We planned a trip to Santa Rosa to celebrate my birthday with 2 other couples from back home as a kid free getaway. We instantly loved the house when we pulled up and loved the porches on each level as well as having the golf cart to go to the beach. When we walked into the kitchen we did notice a fishy smell but didn’t think too much about it. That night after cooking we started to clean the dishes and noticed the water was not going down the disposal and did not have power to it. My husband tried to reset it and it got power but wasn’t fully functioning. Then when we started the dishwasher it was all backing up into the sink. There was a constant smell and water would take over 30 minutes to go down the sink each time we used it. Then each night the air conditioning upstairs was climate controlled for 85 degrees. One of the ladies staying with us was pregnant and we were unable to make it cooler. Overall it was a good stay, but definitely was a few things that could have been improved to make it more comfortable for the amount we were paying.

Positives-The subdivision is a beautiful gated community and the pool is incredible. It is not heated so it is a little chilly in April. Would be awesome in warmer months. The house was professionally cleaned so no major issues with cleanliness. There are beach chairs and beach toys available for the kids which was helpful. The beach is about a mile away but the golf cart helped! They provided some basic necessities like a few rolls of toilet paper and small thing of dish soap, garbage bags. There were tons of bath towels available. Negatives- first, the listing states there are three king bedrooms. There is only one. The other rooms have queen beds. The hot tub was green and disgusting. There is a camera pointed at it and the outdoor shower which I found to be creepy. The upstairs thermostat had a lock on it and it couldn’t go below 75 degrees. It was 78 upstairs at one point. The WiFi did not work and All of the tvs are smart tvs so they were pretty useless since the WiFi was garbage. There were so many things broken. One of which is the railing to the stairs. It made a section of the house including two beds unusable because of safety. We had young children who could have fallen through this area so we had to barricade it off. The kitchen had gross pots and pans. The living room had uncomfortable and cheap furniture. The property manager reimbursed us about 4% of our total stay bc we had so many issues. Nice gesture but considering the issues, it was not sufficient.
