110 Golf Club Drive is stunning, with five bedrooms and four and a half baths accommodating up to twenty. Designed with large families in mind, it’s an ideal place to unwind, offering plenty of privacy. Situated on almost half an acre on 30A’s west end, you’ll find plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the beautiful setting surrounded by nature.

The main house is beautifully furnished and fully appointed showcasing expansive rooms with plenty of sunlight. A generous open-concept living/dining space welcomes you upon entrance while sliding glass doors lead to a private pool. Whip up a frozen concoction in the expansive kitchen, then take a dip and relax in the secluded backyard while soaking up the sun. A sitting room and bonus room on the first floor are lovely spots for reading a book or enjoying casual conversation, while the master suite features a spacious bathroom and private access to the pool. A second master suite and guest suite can be found on the second floor, both offering peaceful views of the pool below from a shared balcony. The kids will love having their own private space in the bunk rooms, and a full-sized washer and dryer make cleanups a breeze.

A nearby carriage house just steps away is equally inviting. With a full kitchen, couch, dining table, queen-sized bed, and twin bunks, it’s an ideal space for a small family ready to share in the fun!

Given you’ll have everything you need, you may not want to ever leave, but we’d encourage you to venture out. Hit the beach, which is only 2 minutes away via golf cart, try a new restaurant, and explore the nearby communities of 30A. Rent bikes and head east to Blue Mountain Beach and Seaside for an afternoon of shopping. Refuel at  Stinky’s Fish Camp, The Perfect Pig, or Shunk Gulley, all featuring delicious coastal cuisine!

Pets must be under 75 lbs, and the non-refundable pet fee is an additional $300 fee.

Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.
