Feel right at home in this cozy two-bedroom, two-bath condo in Frisco. This is the ideal mountain vacation rental, featuring many amenities in a prime location. Located on the quiet end of Main Street, you are close to everything, yet it remains very quiet and serene. The breathtaking views of Mount Royal are incredible You can't beat the mountain scenery, with the recreational path and Ten Mile Creek just steps away. This property is located on the first floor and is accessed by stairs from the garage or parking lot.

This well-appointed condo features two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The back bedroom includes a king bed and an HD TV. The front bedroom has a king bed, an HD TV, and a workstation complete with a desk, monitor, keyboard, webcam, and office chair.

The roomy living room features a queen sofa sleeper and an HD TV. There is an updated and fully stocked kitchen with beautiful wood cabinetry. The dining room table seats up to six. The condo also features a gas fireplace, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a spacious deck with an electric griddle and outdoor furniture to enjoy the majestic views.

The location of this condo is ideal, as it is right on Main Street yet tucked away, making it quiet and peaceful. Bordering White River National Forest at the base of Mount Royal, hikers, bikers, anglers cross-country skiers and other outdoor enthusiasts have easy access to a variety of trails, greenways and water in and around the Town of Frisco. The free Summit Stage bus is just steps away, providing easy access to world-class Summit County ski resorts.

This property features covered parking with an assigned parking spot. The clubhouse is adjacent to this property, with a dry sauna and coin operated laundry.

We appreciated the well stocked kitchen to help us host our family at Christmas. The location was fantastic- close to town and four ski resorts. Highly recommend!

Everything in the apartment was perfect! It was clear and spacious and we lacked for nothing. Great location - close to shops and restaurants on Main Street and convenient to the shopping area on hwy 9Copper is less than 10 minutes away - which BTW - I didn’t see it mentioned anywhere that there is a public bus that goes from Frisco to Copper and there is a stop right in front of the building - what a pleasant surprise!This was a great choice.

Great stay

Fantastic facility and services - it snowed while we were staying and the plow service was amazing at getting the lot cleared so we could get out early to ski. Fantastic stay!

Mount Royal

Perfect location, convenient to stores, restaurants, shopping. Easy access on/off I70, close to all ski resorts. Extremely well appointed & stocked kitchen & rooms. Great furnished property, very comfortable. Note: suggest updating listing- there is no pool/jacuzzi on property. And washer/ dryer is in club room on first floor & is coin-op - bring your quarters.

Nice Condo

Two of us stayed so each had a bedroom. Might be a bit crowded if someone used the pullout bed. Shower head on the far bedroom bath too low. Great location in Frisco. Hot tub permanently closed but had a dry sauna in clubroom. Beds very comfortable. Well stocked condo.

Bring Quarters

The place was nice enough…. Clean, good location, and stocked well. But the notified us the day of check in that the parking lot was being maintained for 2 days during our stay and we had to park 2 blocks away. Not very convenient for loading, grocery shopping, etc. No compensation. Didn’t get the password for the WiFi until the second day. (Emailed, texted, then finally called and was told the person that knew would be in in several hours.) Another inconvenience for a 7:30am work meeting. The laundry is not in the unit, but in an adjacent club room. And it’s coin operated. Had to come up with 10 quarters to do one load of laundry. (We were there training for a bike event and had a fair amount of laundry) It wasn’t a bad place, just some disappointments with service
