An additional detached APARTMENT SUITE is is also available for larger groups - 1 bedroom/1bathroom with living room, kitchen and dining area

*Bugs /other wild life: We treat the house monthly for pests - it is not uncommon to encounter insects such as palmetto bugs or wildlife in a tropical climate. While we do take all preventative measures to keep critters out with the monthly pest control, there is the possibility that one may come through an opening. Please try to keep doors closed and do not leave food or drinks outside, or in your vehicle, to help keep any possible insects and wildlife away.

Guest Access:
Guest has access to entire house, yard, and amenities as well as 1 of the 2 guest apartment suites (upstairs only). - there is a mid term tenant in the other detached apartment suite but they only access the backyard to enter their home (a young couple, very sweet and keep to themselves).

The Neighborhood:
A nice mature family neighborhood. Fun trendy breweries and kava house within walking distance
