Located right off of Constitutional trail, this little gem has everything your traveling group needs for a comfortable and convenient stay. You can expect a full-service kitchen complete with a dishwasher, fast wifi, and a washer and dryer in the basement. The best part of the house is the bonus, basement hang-out room with a 65" SmartTV. For added outdoor security, we have 2 cameras, one by the front door and one by the garage in the back. We never have any recording devices inside the home.

This 2 bed 1 1/2 bath duplex has everything you'll need and is situated between all major Bloomington-Normal locations. Located near Downtown Bloomington, next to Bloomington's historic district and just off the Constitution Trail.

- Kitchen with stove with oven, coffee maker, fridge with freezer, microwave
- Half bath

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1 with Queen bed
- Bedroom 2 with Queen bed
- Full bath with shower in tub

- Small board game table set-up and board games and puzzles

You will have the entire home to yourself. There is garage parking available, but you can also park along the back of the property. Access inside the home with through the digital lock. A unique code will be provided to you with your check-in instructions.

Unpleasant Stay

We had high expectations for this property, but unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The home was not clean upon arrival—there were stains on the linens, and the closets and towels had an unpleasant odor. We reached out to the owner about these issues but received no response. Additionally, while guests are asked to tidy up before leaving, the fridge was neither clean nor empty when we arrived. To make matters worse, we found a pair of panties in one of the drawers. The lack of cleanliness and communication made for an unpleasant stay.

Home away from home

We have stayed here multiple times over the four years our son was in college. The house was close to our son, always clean and comfortable, and a great place to unwind and spend time with him. Getting ahold of our host was easy and effortless, but overall we never had any issues.

Family Visit

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here. The house is quiet, close to our son, just the right size for us. It is always easy to get ahold of our host and he responds quickly.

Met our needs for our week in Bloomington

Our friends and I needed a place to stay while working on a volunteer construction project. The place worked well for our needs. We appreciated easy communication with the host in answering questions about extra towels etc. Also respected our request for no scents to be used in cleaning and no air fresheners.

Second Time Still a Charm

This is our 2nd time staying here. It is close to our son who goes to IWU. It is always clean, nice and quiet. Perfect for the two of us. Our host is very responsive and easy to reach. Thank you again for a wonderful home away from home. See you again!

In close proximity to everything we needed. Clean, quiet, safe, & comfortable. Easy to check in & out. Could use better posting of house number to make it easier to locate during late, after dark arrival, but otherwise, was just what we needed.

Excellent stay!!

Property was nicely appointed and had late model appliances. Man cave in basement was perfect for my 14 yr old son to chill out. Centrally located for all the baseball fields we had to go to over 4 days. Don't recommend for people that have issues with stairs. Would stay again if in the area.

Thanksgiving in Bloomington

This property was perfect for us. It should be noted however that the steps to the upstairs bedroom and downstairs family room are fairly steep. My 91 year old father is extremely fit and agile for his age (rides 10 mile outside on a bike daily, works out at the YMCA etc) was able to negotiate the steps by going down backwards. Other guests might have even more difficulty with them. They were fine for my husband and I, however we also exercise daily and have good balance. Otherwise, the kitchen was well appointed and every appliance was very clean and in working order. We would stay there again.
