Definitely a great location spot for what we needed! The property is very warm and inviting, the check in process is easy. The condo is a corner spot and it felt secluded and very quaint! We enjoyed the cute patio!

The property itself was very nice and well maintained. I did not find the towels for showering until the second day. They were in the kitchen?? Otherwise very pleasant stay with a very responsive host.

We stayed 5 adults here for 3 nights for TXST graduation and it was PERFECT. Roomy, clean, and excellent location.

This was a very cute condo. Everything was clean and inviting. The one thing that was disappointing was that only one of the showers had hot water. Host responded quickly to questions we had though, so that was a plus for me.

I wish you had reached out during your stay, as I would have been more than happy to help! That particular shower can be a little tricky for some guest until you get the hang of it! Both showers are connected to the same water heater, so if there had been an issue with the hot water, it would have affected the entire unit. I hope that helps explain what may have happened! Cozy Condo was perfect for what we needed. In fact it was very close to the venue for the concert we went to see. It had everything we needed. We were able to cook and very close to several restaurants when we didn’t want to cook. We enjoyed our stay!

The property owner was immediately responsive to my questions and helpful with dining suggestions. Perfect location to see the sights, dining and shopping. This is a quiet apartment complex. The unit was a bit hard to locate- directions to the place would have been nice, but with a little wondering on foot I found it. Nice pool in the common grounds. There’s a small washer and dryer in the unit and all in all it was a great place to stay. Close to down town, close to river, close to university.

The home was quiet and located in a prime spot in my opinion! My only critique would be the kitchen needs a larger trash can, and maybe a good clean for things like the fan and baseboards. The beds were clean, a crate for our pup was provided, and the condominium was quiet. Will definitely stay again.

Visiting college

It was close to the college. A little difficult to find but once we arrived we knew the entrance afterwards. Beds were comfortable. Neighbors a little stretchy but did not bother us. I would stay there again.

Great host, great property

Needed a place for myself, mother, and two kids to stay for a weekend getaway to the river. This condo is small, but didn't miss a beat with amenities. Hostess was quick to respond to my couple questions. Property is quiet despite being close to I-35. Also, very little traffic because of it's tucked away location. Only 5 minutes from the Lions Club Tube Rental and a quick 20-25 minute drive to Gruene. Very happy with our experience. Will book again!

Check in was easy. Property was clean but worn and nicked up. Garbage disposal did not work. Tv remote in bedroom had no batteries which I replaced. There were towels and sheets in the washer and dryer which I processed through. Could use more kitchen glasses, cups, plates, etc.
