Great weekend stay

Great weekend stay for my wife and myself. Did a couple of distilleries, driving through the horse farms and dinner.

Great Property

This is a great property. Perfect for a couple as it’s an efficiency type apartment. Very nicely remodeled and up to date. Located in a great location in downtown Midway. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Great place to explore the Bourbon trail as it’s a short drive to Lexington and Frankfort. Joe was a great host and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

Charming Apartment in the heart of Midway

What a fantastic place to stay while visiting my daughter. The hosts are fantastic and made the place feel like home. Right in downtown Midway with easy access to the highway for a short trip to Lexington.

This studio apartment was amazing and had everything you could possibly think of needing! We felt safe and we absolutely loved the town and shops around us. We will definitely stay here again, if it is available!

Extended stay

Wonderful location next to shops and great restaurants! Host was very responsive to any need and checked in regularly for my extended stay. Everything you need to stay a bit longer! Conveniently located near Versailles and Lexington. Parking can be tricky during lunch and dinner times.

Location, Cleanliness, Comfort - A++

I love this studio apartment. I stayed one week and then extended it 4 more days. It is comfortable and has everything you could ever need. The location was perfect for trying out the local restaurants, I tried them all. I even saw the acupuncturist right next door and that experience was delightful, and helpful. I hope to stay here again for future visits

Super stay!

The location was the best! The little town of Midway has so much to offer
food, shopping. Unfortunately I was in the area for work and had little play time. Joe worked with me on extending my stay as I never know how long I’m going to be working in one area. Traveling alone, I felt completely safe which is a big plus for me.

Midland stay

This was a great place to stay. It is a great location for doing the bourbon tours. The street looks amazing at night with all of the lights. I would highly recommend this property. If I had some negatives there would only be 3. The property is a very old building and the floors were out of level. We we’re ok with it because of the historical value on the street. The remodel of the place was very nice and modern. The parking is street parking and it is hard to get a spot in front while the dinner rush was on. (Plenty of really nice restaurants). The last is the train that comes thru in the night. The tracks are very close to the apartment. Would definitely stay here again.
