Views from every window capture the beauty of the bluegrass on this small working thoroughbred farm. Memorable sunrise and sunsets are guaranteed! Conveniently located only 10 miles from the Ky Horse Park, 5 miles from the quaint historic town of Georgetown and 30 minutes from some of Kentucky's greatest bourbon distillery's. Great location! Historic Georgetown has much to offer and is close to Lexington and several other small historic towns. Very clean and well equipped cottage. Host was very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay.

Loved our stay for a quiet little honeymoon. We were close to distilleries and found a few gems in Lexington which were short drives. We loved being near the horses. Property was extremely clean.

Beautiful horse farm. Simple and relaxing. My daughter and I had a wonderful stay while visiting everything horse in Lexington. The host is wonderful and we would absolutely come back and stay here again!

Outstanding property that is quiet and serene. Cottage is comfortable with all the amenities of a home. View of the field with horses is a plus. Location is convenient to downtown Georgetown. We used the location to visit the local distilleries - Buffalo Trace, Woodford Reserve etc.

Summer Getaway

Check-in was very easy. Our host provided the door code several days before our arrival. The cottage was very clean and neat in a beautiful country setting. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed. We would stay again and highly recommend to anyone to stay there.

Amazing Stay on Horse Farm

This was EXACTLY what I needed! Staying here amongst horses and farmland let me decompress. Plus Georgetown historic downtown is so cute and not far away! I went and explored, got a great dinner, fed the horses on the property and went to Old Friends horse farm before leaving! Thank you to the hosts for a beautiful place to stay and rest!

Great cottage in serene location

This studio cottage was exactly what we wanted for our 3 night stay. The amenities were exactly as described and perfect for us. The gas grill on the back patio was great for preparing one of our meals.

Modern retreat

The cottage is situated on a beautiful farm with horses all around. Within a short drive of Georgetown. Excellent facilities and very comfortable.

Relaxing

Even though our stay didn't go as planned because it stormed all weekend, my husband and I still got to get away and relax. This place was adorable, very clean, and peaceful. We even got to see some horses! I didn't think we were going to get to because of the rain. I recommend staying here!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit! The cottage was as described. It was cozy and comfortable. The owner lives on the property and couldn’t have been more friendly and kind. It was reassuring to know that if we needed anything or encountered any issues (there were none), he was right there. The location was truly picturesque and peaceful. Interacting with the horses made our stay truly memorable. We would highly recommend this property!
