Cozy Accueil Lakefront avec piscine chauffée et procÚs-verbaux de la plage

Décoré avec goût et meublé 3 chambres 2 salles de bain maison piscine au bord du lac avec de magnifiques vues panoramiques sereines sur le lac.

Cette maison confortable a un plan d'étage ouvert spacieux et lumineux avec des plafonds cathédrale et un sol en céramique / bois franc dans la cuisine et les espaces de vie. Prenez vos repas dans la cuisine spacieuse tout en admirant la vue imprenable sur le lac et la faune.

La chambre principale situĂ©e au deuxiĂšme niveau comprend une salle de bains privative. Cette suite lumineuse et spacieuse avec une chambre queen est joliment dĂ©corĂ©e et ravira mĂȘme les visiteurs les plus exigeants.

Les deux autres chambres sont situées au niveau principal. La deuxiÚme chambre a un lit queen avec un grand placard et une commode, tandis que la troisiÚme chambre est parfaite pour les enfants avec 2 lits jumeaux et un décor coloré.

La maison a sa propre piscine privée chauffée qui est clÎturée en toute sécurité avec une véranda filtrée et une barriÚre de sécurité pour les enfants. Il y a un accÚs de porte coulissante à la véranda / piscine depuis le salon et la cuisine.

Wonderful trip

We loved our stay. Used the pool and pool/beach supplies/floats daily. Upstairs bedroom was cool and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. Shower pressure on first floor is great. Quiet and safe neighborhood was pleasant. The backyard allowed us to see birds, turtles, lizards and bunnies. Loved our stay!

Great outdoor space

This was a comfortable house with a really nice location next to a waterway. When you sit in the screened in pool area you can just enjoy the view of nature, so peaceful. We even saw some iguanas! The pool is well heated. The kitchen had some supplies which was helpful. The owners were very quick to respond when you reached out and check out was a breeze - no household chores to do before you go! The air-conditioning was a little touchy but fans made it comfortable. BYO shower supplies, but paper products and fresh sponge/hand soap/dish soap all provided. Wish I could have stayed by that pool longer!!

We stayed here in 2019 and rebooked, but then COVID happened. This was our first time back. The place remains perfect with hosts that respond quickly to questions in a helpful/kind manner.It is located in a quiet community with 25mph speed limit. It is 3 mins (8 min walk) from the nearest golf course which is part of the complex. The surrounding streets are perfect for walking with many cul-de-sacs. The neighbours are quiet and the neighbourhood is safe. It is approximately 15 mins to most beaches and 8 mins to Costco and other shopping. It is 23 mins to Naples Pier depending on time of day. Traffic can be busy during the week and again, depending on your frame of reference.The house is stocked for immediate needs (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, kitchen soap, some spices etc.). It is well stocked for dinner ware, cookware, cutlery and towels. There are 4 Tommy Bahamas beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and a cooler for the beach. This was perfect for our group. The adjoining lake is beautiful and a pleasure to watch over a morning coffee (see our review from March 2019). It is not for swimming.We arrived to a clean house and experienced no concerns in this area during our 12-night stay. The stairs to the upstairs master bedroom may be challenging for the elderly and those with accessibility needs. The rooms are a decent size and the entire house is kept well cooled with AC. The pool is heated which is great for young children. This is our go-to place in Naples!

True paradise

We have been staying in Fort Myers Beach and now Naples for seven years now. This place was by far the absolute best. We loved being 10 foot away from the lake and seeing the wildlife. The helmeted pool was just perfect for our cookout. The accommodations inside had everything you possibly could want And two washers and dryers, although not needed, would probably help a big family immensely. A all the way.

Beautiful Laid Back Property

We loved our stay in Naples. The pool backing up to the lagoon was amazing for wildlife watching with morning coffee. The listing was accurate and the kitchen was perfect for making lunch and dinner. The property was immaculate and the owners were readily available for any questions. We wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Naples.

Paradise!

What a gem! The house is awesome and the perfect place for a relaxing vacation! We even didn’t mind the full day of rain we got because we got to spend it looking out to the pond,just relaxing and taking it all in. Nature lovers paradise

Great neighborhood. When we were home, we spent most of our time outside where we were able to observe the many visitors. Guests included, alligators, iguanas and several bird species. The space provided a tranquil environment to relax after a long busy day out exploring the Naples area. One of the highlights of our trip was the boat ride from Marco Island. We had a really cool interactive experience with the local dolphins. Highly recommend this property.

Paradise in Naples

Located on a quiet court, this property was more than we could have hoped for. Well-stocked in anticipation of all guests' needs, this property was truly a home away from home. Beautiful community for walks or runs, with easy access to shopping, beaches, and sports or other leisure activities, we could not have asked for more. When friends popped in to see us, they shared our point of view and felt we had truly hit the jackpot. Owners and property manager were only a phone call away, but were not really required for anything other than to answer a quick question or two and to receive our expressions of gratitude for an exceptional vacation experience!

Model Home for VRBO

Kosta and Nicky are excellent hosts and their place is a model for others who provide VRBO rentals. Both are responsive in the times they commit to and their home has the following benefits. Nice backyard view of a small body of water full of Iguanas, birds and even a couple of alligators. House is large for six adults and furnished with all the hardware to meet one's needs. Communication from Nicky and her husband are excellent. This is one place to make future returns over the next few years.

Family wedding

We came to Naples for our niece's wedding. This house was convenient to the venue in a quiet neighborhood. It's very comfortable with lots of common space. It had all the appliances we needed. The view out the back on the canal was excellent and we really enjoyed the pool. The host answered my questions very quickly. It's the only rental I've ever stayed in with no list of things to do before checkout. All we had to do was lock up the keys!

As advertised

House was as advertised; location was good easy to get to. Over all house had everything you could need. Pool was great for kids. Wildlife...the signs are very accurate..beware Gator. Only very minor complaint.. kitchen tools are sparse. But has the basics. A lot of locked closets, wich is fine, but takes away from the "welcomeness" of home. Very minor seriously. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

We use to vacation quite a bit in the Caribbean but since the birth of our daughters, we don't feel safe going to these destinations anymore. With Naples, Florida we get the Caribbean weather and beaches but we also receive the comforts, amenities and safety of home. This is a destination that we would someday love to retire to.

We also love that within a 5 minute drive we can be on a beach, golfing, shopping or enjoying a wonderful meal. This place has it all. Natural preserves and wildlife for the nature lover, Beautiful coastlines and beaches for the ocean lover, The fabulous Philharmonic Orchestra for the music enthusiast, Golfing, tennis, hiking, fishing etc. for the sports enthusiast and fantastic upscale dining and shopping for all of us. Forest Lakes is also in close proximity to major highways which provides for easy access to major airports and cities.
