Clean, private, updated, one-bedroom condo perfect for couples and families. Condo has additional queen-size Murphy bed.
Located in the desirable Maui Sunset complex in Kihei, on the leeward, sunny side of Maui. The condo comes fully furnished with supplies for 4 people to have a very pleasant and comfortable stay.
1 bedroom condo meticulously maintained and updated; kitchen and 2 full bathrooms.
The bedroom has a queen bed and the living room has a Murphy bed.
The kitchen is fully appointed with range/oven, microwave, dishwasher and all necessary utensils, cookware, dishes and towels.
The bathrooms have nice tiled shower and glass enclosures. Bath towels are provided.
The washer/dryer will allow you to do your laundry during the stay, so maybe you don't need to bring as many clothes in your suitcases and keep some room for awesome Maui gifts to bring back home.
Due to the water softness, only high-efficiency laundry detergent should be used to avoid any overflow. Detergent is provided.
The neighborhood is great for snorkeling, swimming and scuba diving. The complex is located right on the beach and a stone's throw away from golf courses, dining and shopping in Kihei and Wailea.
Maui Sunset complex has BBQ areas that are available to use and the largest swimming pool on Maui. Tennis courts are in the park adjacent to the complex adn should keep you well relaxed and exercised.
The condo is located on the second floor of building A, and faces the south-west direction, toward central Kihei/Wailea.
Lanai overlooks the lush gardens and a peek-a-boo view of the ocean to your right, and the slopes of Mt. Haleakala to your left. Great place for couples or families.
The Maui Sunset condo complex has 5 acres of oceanfront, swimming pool, tennis courts, putting green and so much more.

Thank you Elvira for being our first guest through Vrbo. We appreciate that you booked without knowing from other guests what our unit would be like. There was minimal communication, thankfully we heard on the day of arrival the names of the guests that would be occupying the unit. For a host, if there is no communication, it makes for an uneasy feeling, but in the end, everything turned out just fine. During their stay, we had a bad winter storm and a small leak appeared in the ceiling. We did not hear anything regarding the leak so hopefully, it was not a bother.

Such a Clean Condo
This condo was in impeccable condition with everything you could need to make your stay in Maui nice. They had beach chairs, beach blanket, umbrella, cooler, snorkel gear, tennis racquets, sand toys, boogie boards- no need to rent this gear! The condo was so clean and easy to live in. Would definitely stay here again!

We really loved staying here. The location was awesome—right next to the beach and close to plenty of good food spots, which made everything super easy. The pool and spa were also great and a perfect place to unwind.The condo itself was perfect and very, very clean. The Murphy bed worked out great, and we appreciated all the little signs around the condo showing where things were. Those small details made a big difference and made the place feel welcoming and well thought out.Overall, this was a 5-star stay for us. Everything was comfortable, clean, and convenient. We would definitely stay here again and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Maui. Thanks Again Rob
