Beautiful and comfortable condo! Spectacular views!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The unit was incredibly clean and comfortable right down to sofas and beds. Master bedroom and bath was luxurious and the balcony was very spacious with lots of seating as you look at the spectacular view of the gulf. We would definitely stay here again and appreciate all the special touches to make our stay wonderful!

Not bad

The place was nice but pretty dirty when we arrived. The TV in one room didn’t work. Only about half of the plug outlets in the place worked. Not a huge deal but when you have lots of items that need charged it can be a problem. Overall not enough to deter us. Would stay again.

Amazing condo!

This was not our first time staying at Beach Colony. Our family absolutely loves this resort. We could not ask for it to be in a better location. Close enough to anything you may want to do during your stay and far enough away to stay away from the hustle and bustle. This condo has everything you would need! The balconies here are my favorite! They are large enough for the whole family and we always enjoy early mornings and late evenings, looking out over the ocean. My only complaint for the week that we stayed is that our master bed was broken upon arrival. We were there during a very busy time and unfortunately it did take nearly 2 days for maintenance to get there and fix it. It was a minor inconvenience, however, we also understand they were probably quite busy. Once the gentleman was there to assess and fix the problem he was very nice and got the job done quickly. I don’t put that as a negative towards the management company, they were great to work with. I would suggest this rental to any and everyone! Beautiful views, and great amenities!

Beautiful condo, Great location!

My family and I have been to the area several times now but this was the first time staying at this specific condo. We very much enjoyed our stay. Pictures and descriptions are very accurate. We loved the decor and the layout. The master bathroom was amazing. We also loved the patio/balcony. We had breakfast out there more than once during our stay. It was also very nice to sit out there in the evening and night to relax and listen to the waves. The unit is high enough up that you don't really hear any other noises. Only two minor issues during our stay. The wifi was out pretty much the entire week. We did contact the owner a couple of times and they were very quick to respond each time. We were still able to watch tv and spend quality time with the kids. We spent most of the time at the beach or in the pool anyways. The other thing worth mentioning is if you happen to check in on a Saturday, bring some patience. We had a lot of people checking in the same day and with the two elevators and the code you have to punch in each time you go up; just remember you're at the beach and try to relax because it may take some time. The grounds of the condo are nice as well; multiple pools on site including an indoor pool with a hot tub. We swam in 3 different pools during our stay. The gym is nice as well. The place where you check in is just down the street and fairly accessible. Bottom line is: we loved the condo and would definitely book the same unit again. No complaints at all.
