Warm-weather visitors will love the condo building’s riverfront location, with the Eagle River Trail just steps away. Avon restaurants and shops are a little over a mile away, and on-site amenities include an outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym (including a Peloton bike!).

At the condo itself, you’ll find a cozy, light-filled space. In warm months, start the day on your private patio with a cup of coffee in hand, then step inside to make some breakfast. The full, well-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and all the gadgets you need to prepare favorite recipes. Grab a bite at the adjacent dining table before heading out to explore, then get cozy in front of the gas fireplace when you return. Entertainment options include two streaming-capable TVs, free cable, and WiFi. The night ends in either well-appointed bedroom - more mountain adventures await tomorrow.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Guests must use personal logins for streaming services.
Pool is closed during fall and winter season.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
