Enjoy a gorgeous mountain retreat in this newly remodeled space with a moose theme tastefully executed throughout. This wonderful 2bed/2bath condo situated on the top floor, comfortably sleeps six, and is the perfect set up for your active mountain lifestyle. Located at the base of Beaver Creek Resort!

Upon entering the unit, you are greeted with vaulted ceilings, fresh paint, wonderful fixtures, and tasteful furnishings. The completely remodeled kitchen is equipped with brand-new stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops and Knotty alder doors and cabinets giving a mountain feel, (rustic but elegant). You will find it stocked with all the necessities to prepare a delicious feast.
The dining area offers seating for six plus an additional two bar stools at the kitchen counter. The living space features a comfy sofa, flat screen TV and cozy wood burning fireplace. Sit back and relax while sipping a glass of wine and discussing the daysâ adventures or step outside to enjoy third floor views off your private balcony complete with gas barbecue and whip up a delectable meal.
Make your way down the hall to find the newly renovated guest bathroom with granite countertops and a shower/soaker tub combo. The guest bedroom is fitted with a twin XL upper bunk/queen/twin trundle and new hotel quality linens providing flexible sleeping options for families. The master bedroom is complete with flat screen TV, queen bed with plush linens, and en-suite bathroom. The master bathroom invites you in with a glass corner radius shower, granite countertops and new fixtures.
Conveniently located at the bottom of Beaver Creek Resort in Avon. Walking distance to Nottingham Lake and ski shuttles and on the City of Avon bus route, (short walk to bus stop). There is a gorgeous riverside walk/bike path that goes from Edwards to Vail immediately behind unit. There are also public picnic tables and BBQs in the grassy area behind the unit near river bike path. The ideal place to picnic and enjoy the sun!
Extra amenities include full size washer/dryer, an assortment of 25 board games, parking, and a locked storage closet for skis and bikes just outside the unit. No matter the season you will find this is the best place to call home on your next destination vacation! We look forward to welcoming you soon!
*This unit does not have air conditioning however, mountain nights are very cool. You will receive an invite to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation confirmation. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival.
THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All of our Vail Valley properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances. Firewood is not provided.
