Everything you need across the street from the beach. It is only five blocks away from the bridge. Perfectly balanced in the middle of the island from North end to South end.
Linens are supplied for the beds, towels are supplied. Beach towels are supplied, plenty of toys for the kids, boogie boards, surf boards, and more.  Bathroom amenities, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner, hand sanitizer, and more. Kitchen, ice maker, coffee, filters, creamer, to get started, griddle, slow cooker, and more. Outside, 5ftx10ftx18 inch pool, beach wagon, gas and charcoal grill, charcoal and liter fluid supplied, and more.  If there's anything special you're thinking about bringing down we may have it here, just let me know what it is and we may accommodate. The beach access is SO close you can literally walk out the door and be in the water in less than 90 seconds. Located within walking distance of everything in downtown.

Great place that's well stocked with towels, kitchen hardware, and loads of beach toys and sun shades. The location is excellent, right across the road from easy beach access. We would happily stay again. Communication and ease with the owner was top notch.

We had a wonderful time staying here. They had absolutely everything you could need for a comfortable and fun beach trip. I had mentioned that it was mine and my daughter’s birthdays and the host left 2 birthday balloons and a birthday cake. Above and beyond! Would definitely stay here again!!!

We had a wonderful time! Host was responsive and left everything we needed for the beach and outdoor play! The home has a pleasant floor plan and is spacious! The pictures truly do not do this rental justice! Host even had a birthday cake and decorations for our granddaughters 4th birthday and she had a wonderful celebration. Will definitely be back!! This rental is a gem!

Peace, Quiet & Convenience

Property Management responded promptly and was always a pleasure during interactions. Property was fully equipped and positioned perfectly 2nd row with views of the beach from the balconies and is nestled a perfect distance from all local restaurants and attractions.

We were entranced by the handsome little guy in the pics, and our kids danced in the surf too. The water was so perfect and so close to the rental! It was walking distance to stores and restaurants too. The owner was very responsive and had put out toys and games for the kids. They had beach towels and totes for us too. An excellent value for the price.

This was the best rental experience I’ve ever had! Jim was so kind and provided so many extras that made our stay so easy! He was by far the best host which made the whole experience top notch. We just had to bring our personal stuff. It was nice to be able to use the house wagon, chairs, beach toys and so on. The house was super clean which is very impressive for a beach house! So many little things were thought of, like hooks in the shower for a wet swim suit or the bag of ice in the freezer already. The space was perfect for the 5 of us. And you can’t beat the beach access. It was just a house or two down for the access. So nice when you’re carrying all of the stuff for a day at the beach. We had a great day and we were so sad to have to leave.

Timely and friendly communication with property manager throughout stay. The place was very clean and location was wonderful. Set up to be very helpful accommodation for a family with little children (as the ad indicates). I booked for a stay with my adult daughter, her fiance, and their little dog. Unfortunately, on our first night there, my daughter's fiance went into the kitchen for a snack and found cockroaches. I contacted the property manager who indicated surprise, but on further inspection, there were sticky traps throughout the property. Property manager did offer to come over and spray, but I held off on his offer because of the little dog. Again, unfortunately, my daughter and her fiance decided to leave early because of fear of carrying bugs home. I, of maybe a heartier constitution or just wanting to beach, did stay the second night and was offered the opportunity for a later checkout. It really was unfortunate about the roaches, because the place was good otherwise. Super-clean surfaces and appliances, fresh linens and towels.

The exterminator has been out and the issue has been resolved. We believe they came in when we purchased a new toaster 2 weeks prior from a large chain store.

"Hidden Gem in the Heart of Surf City"

This was the very last rental I could find for our last-minute trip. Initially, I hesitated to book it because the pictures didn't seem to match what I typically choose for a family vacation. However, with limited options, I decided to go for it simply because it was the closest to the beach and Surf City Pier. Upon arriving, I realized the pictures didn't do this hidden gem any justice. It ended up being beautiful, spacious, and exceeded all my expectations. With three bedrooms, the teen/children's room featuring two beds and their own bathroom, and a well-laid-out kitchen, this place was perfect. There was nothing about this rental that disappointed. If you're looking for a dreamy getaway close to the beach and pier, don't hesitate to book this hidden gem. It truly is a delightful surprise in the heart of Surf City.
