Enjoy a week or (less) at the beach, in the perfect spot by the ocean, at a very affordable price! Very Quiet apartment with no one above your apartment.
PLEASE consider staying a month in the fall winter or spring, only $1650. @month including VRBO deductions and taxes.

Apartment/ flat, is close to everything, especially the ocean!
Couple's so far, have found the accommodations to be more than comfortable and convenient, with adequate room to relax in style!
A well equipped kitchen, separates the living room from Bedroom/bath.
Bedroom leads to back patio where you can grill or sit out.
For your convenience, sheets can be furnished along with towels. Please let me know...because, some prefer to bring their own.
For those who will be visiting 3 days or more a washer and dryer are available for your use, in a private clean utility room next to your back sliding door! A grill on the patio is for your use ...weather permitting! Nothing fancy, just charcoal for seafood.. and
a new stainless steel grill.... with lpg.

Enjoy listening to the ocean sitting on the front patio or take a walk from the driveway to the beach access, directly across the street!
Topsail Island is a barrier island. It is surrounded by water. Intra-coastal waterway is on one side and the Atlantic Ocean on the other side.
It's a rugged island and has been through many hurricanes. Every one takes a toll but, Topsail comes back even stronger!
Come visit, see the history that made this island so interesting!!
Laid back and easy going, ride bikes if you want to rent them or rent a golf cart and tour at ease.
Many Island restaurants close by 9 p.m. ,
I might suggest, plan on eating earlier and party after!

Come as you are, nothing fancy just a nice time and great memories!!

Our host is awesome. She takes care of everything you may want and more. Suggestions for eating out, shopping and friendship. True friendship. Not just owner to lease holder. The beach is closer than two minutes, it is literally across the street! Clean and filled with families not party hungry teens! Best vacation in my life!!

The accommodations were wonderful and Carla is a fantastic host!! Had everything we could have needed for our weeklong stay. Lots of restaurants within walking distance or just a very short drive away if needed. The beach access could not have been easier and it was amazing to just head across the street with our morning coffee and take a walk each day. She has a brand new propane grill that we used for the first time that works great!! Will definitely consider Anchors Aweigh again for another future trip.

It was wonderful being so close both to the beach and to the restaurants while being on a quiet little road. The accommodations are very comfortable and welcoming. Carla has gone out of her way to make it a home away from home.

We only had 4 days to enjoy but the property was perfect for us, very clean and conveniently located close to the beach and other activities (shopping/restaurants).Carla was very nice and supplied everything we needed to get our vacation started. I moved here from Poland Ohio in 2001. After years of visiting Topsail Island with my children starting in 1986, I made it my goal to sell Real Estate by the ocean before I turned 50!
After school, I began work with First Federal Save. Loan. in Youngstown for many years and was approached by Coldwell Banker in 1986 to study for my license.. I was raising my 3 children and juggling a new career.
"Burgan Real Estate" 1992 until my move South.
I am now Retired from Real Estate.
After opening my own company in 2005,
"North star Properties of Topsail, L.L.C" the market went down in 2008.. I have been a Landlord since 1992. I Enjoy meeting people and sharing my modest place to experience the magic of the ocean!!
