Summary:
Come stay at the exquisite and modern Executive Loft. Located in the heart of downtown you will be close to all Athens has to offer! Only steps away from the best restaurants and nightlife. A short walk to Sanford Stadium, Georgia Theatre, and the Classic Center. Don't miss out on this prime location! Please note they are currently doing construction directly next to us. This occurs weekdays only.

The Space:
An open styled loft with a King size bed and queen sized sleeper sofa! Modern kitchen and bathroom and plenty of seating for your group!

Guest Access:
You will have private access to the entire loft.

The Neighborhood:
-Located in the heart of downtown - close to nightlife, popular restaurants, and shopping
-Target is located on the first level of our building!
-2 minute walk to Georgia Theatre
-7 minute walk to Classic Center
-10 minute walk to Sanford Stadium

Getting Around:
Once you park, you can walk everywhere!

Other Things to Note:
Please note they are currently doing construction directly next to us. This occurs weekdays only.
There is no on-site parking. All parking is paid off site. There are 2 city owned garages close by located at College Avenue and Washington Street. The first thirty minutes are free in both decks, after which it’s just $1.00/hour. Street spots are also available on a first come first serve basis.
Please note: Game days and event days will be busy downtown. Please plan ahead with parking.

Air mattress is available upon request for 2 extra guests. We have to be given an advanced noticed and there is an additional guest fee required.
***Please note we require all guests to submit a valid form of ID through our check in form prior to check in. If you do not submit the ID we will not be able to send you check in instructions.***

Great location

Condo is super conveniently located less than a block from the “Arch”, a 10-minute walk to Sanford Stadium. Also located close to many downtown restaurants and bars. Note: if you’re a light sleeper, you may want to bring earplugs as the nightlife noise can be heard from the sidewalks below.

Great apartment and location

The host was wonderful and very communicative. The apartment was spacious, clean and great layout. Giant TVs along with a very well stocked kitchen. And location can’t be beat with access to all in Athens and across the street from campus. We will book again. John

This loft is a real find! The location makes it easily walkable to the stadium, soooo many shops and restaurants and parking (relatively) close. Our host did an excellent job and presents a large yet cozy residence that was clean and safe. Parking is best at Washington Street Parking Deck and Target and CVS are literally right next to the front door. Loved it!

Great property!

Two stars for online listing and 4 starts for check in only because the online listing didn’t provide much information at all. The pictures were all the info we had to go on. 4 stars for the check in process because no information was given on best places to park for the unit because the best parking is a block away. However, even with those two things lacking, the owner was VERY responsive with all of my questions upon check in. And we were able to get to and into the unit fairly quickly even with all of the unknowns. Would definitely stay here again. The building and unit were both very clean, and the location is unbeatable for downtown Athens!
