My husband and I have been coming to Athens to catch the game for his Birthday for the last few years. Jason’s apartment is by far the best place we’ve stayed! It’s a lovely place and the location is unbeatable! In the evenings we would open the windows and listen to the sounds of downtown. The bedroom is far enough back to where the street noise didn’t bother us at all. My husband’s favorite feature was the speakers located throughout the apartment. Jason was very responsive to all of our questions, and a pleasure to work with. We look forward yo staying again next year!

Location location location!!!!

It doesn’t get any better and Jason was outstanding as a host! He was thorough with his directions and we loved everything about our stay! Amazing dinner at THE PLACE which was only a few steps away! Loved being part of the St Patrick’s Day festivities! Can’t wait to stay again!

Downtown Athens apartment

Great property in the heart of downtown Athens. Very well stocked (they even leave you really good coffee, and I’m a bit of a coffee snob), and feels so homey. Really cool old architecture inside and walkable to everything you could want. Front living room can be a little loud if there is a lot going on downtown, but the bedroom is super quiet and they provide white noise machines if the noise still gets to you. We weren’t bothered at all, and it was so fun to have my daughter get a taste of college life. Right across from the most beautiful part of the UGA campus. Thank goodness for the reserved parking spot though, because parking downtown is a beast. My only complaint would be with check in, it’s hard to park and get the parking pass if you arrive in the evening given the busy area. Once the car is parked in the garage though, the rest is a breeze and we never needed to move it. Would definitely stay here again and would be the perfect place to stay for a game or college visit.

This property is owned by a local attorney and his family. We have lived in Athens since 1972. Before that, we moved from Savannah, GA and are lifetime residents of Georgia. Every member of our family has graduated from the University of Georgia.

The apartment has been owned by our family since 1986. Downtown Athens is a unique and vibrant college town. The University of Georgia is one of the star attractions that the state has to offer and this property overlooks the most beautiful parts of the University of Georgia, the historic buildings and North Campus Quad. Our property is walking distance from some of the best experiences that downtown Athens has to offer and is just steps away from the campus and walking distance to Sanford Stadium.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The apartment is located in the heart of Athens and directly across the street from the historic buildings, Arch and Quad of the North Campus of the University of Georgia. There is a stairwell that leads our guests from the street into the apartment. On the second floor of a two story building, the apartment provides the only uninterrupted view of the University's North Quad and the peacefulness of being above street level. We have insulated the walls with noise reducing material and have a speaker system installed that ranges from the living room into the master bedroom and the kitchen. The entire apartment has hardwood flooring throughout, except the tiled bathroom. With central heating, A/C, and multiple ceiling fans, our guests are able have the most comfortable environment possible. The apartment is also walking distance from some of the best restaurants downtown has to offer. One block away from the apartment is Clayton Street, the main shopping district of downtown Athens and also the home of the Georgia Theater, the most popular music venue in town. The apartment is approximately 1000 square feet and offers a luxurious and exclusive experience to the Downtown Athens area.

Our guests also enjoy our reserved parking space, located in the College Avenue Parking Garage.
