A fantastic vacation awaits when you rent this exciting beach house in Surfside Beach. Experience life on the Gulf of Mexico with the white sands mere steps away, spending your days on the waves by fishing, surfing, paddleboarding, collecting shells, and every other waterfront activity imaginable.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the three-bedroom space. Make yourself at home by relaxing on the plush furniture, streaming your favorite movies on the large TV, or sipping your favorite beverage on the balcony as the sun rises and sets. Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with updated appliances, a breakfast bar, and a formal dining table. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will receive a restful night's sleep from the day's adventures. Two picnic tables in the shady lower level will help add excitement to mealtime and aid in making memories that'll last a lifetime.

THINGS TO KNOW
Due to fluctuating tap water quality in the Village of Surfside Beach, it is recommended to bring bottled water for drinking and/or cooking during your stay. During times of elevated water contaminants, water coming from the faucets and toilets may have a yellow tint. The water is safe for bathing.
To use streaming services, guests must log in with their own credentials.
An outdoor shower is provided; please rinse off when coming back from the beach.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
