The property was awesome. It was very clean, stocked and Meredith was accessible if needed, however everything was perfect and we didn’t need a thing. Property was perfect for us. Fun stay. So many activities.

The house was absolutely perfect. Came down for KU Family weekend and it was only 15 min from campus. The beds were super comfortable and everything was very clean. Also loved that everything was labeled so we didn't have to try 8 light switches to find the one we needed. We will definitely stay here again for future visits

Family friendly! Perfect for intergenerational guests. Game room was packed with activities and games. Comfortable beds! (Recommend grab bars in upstairs shower for us older people though.) Kitchen was well stocked, but could have used kitchen towels.Host was very accommodating and responsive to our requests—We felt comfortable and relaxed. The nearness to the wedding venue and to Lawrence made our local trips easy! We would choose this again!

Very enjoyable, cozy house. Good location in quiet part of town. Nice game room and ample sized back yard with outdoor seating that was not pictured on the listing photos, which was a nice surprise. Easy booking process and check out. Would definitely book here again. Thanks!

The house was clean, and very welcoming. Tons of games for all ages, though we didn’t have time to play any of them. Hot water that lasts forever!! We brought our mini aussie’s they loved the backyard. Had a question for the owner, very responsive. Clean up at checkout super easy. 10/10 highly recommend and will rent again.

Great place!

We were visiting our daughter at KU and it was a very manageable distance from Lawrence. It was great to have a fenced yard for our dogs. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is awesome! For a family get away it is perfect. Plenty of room and the game room is great for having fun with the family or friends. Several options for games are available.

Great home!

This house was very clean, and had everything we needed! It’s a bit “tucked away” in Eudora, so it takes a bit to get to. Everything is just how it’s described on the website. Very comfortable beds, updated kitchen, plenty of space. Super place to stay!

Lovely Small Property In Quiet Neighborhood

My husband, myself, and our dog stayed in Meredith’s lovely property at the end of August while in town for a Phillies game. It was the perfect property for us. The house was completely updated and tidy, all furnishings were incredibly well chosen for comfort and use, and the neat interior design left us feeling peaceful and rested for the weekend. We very much enjoyed the completely fenced in backyard, where our dog had the freedom to sniff and roam and play to his heart’s content while we relaxed on the patio. The finished basement with a game room was so much fun!! The neighborhood is a small and quiet place where we felt completely safe and secure and is located far enough outside of bigger cities to not feel busy, but close enough so that within a short and easy drive, we were at our chosen destinations. Meredith herself was a dream to communicate with and not only answered every question we had with minutes, but also made sure our every need and request were met to the best of her abilities. We lacked for nothing and couldn’t have been more pleased. Overall, this property was perfect for us and we hope to use it again on our next trip to the Kansas City area.

Wedding weekend

Perfect size home to allow my husband, daughter, son in law and baby to be together for a friends wedding in Lawrence. Well equipped kitchen, thoughtful amenities in every space, games for all ages and baby equipment for us to use. Nice patio, firepit and play space in the fenced in back yard. Meredith is a responsive and welcoming host and we thank her for providing the home for us to use.

Perfect for kids

If you are looking for a place to stay with your kids, this is it. So much better (and actually cheaper) than all the hotels we looked at for our weekend stay. Plus we were able to bring our dogs! The kids loved the game room. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, from plastic toddler silverware to wine glasses. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. We would definitely stay again! Thanks so much
