Welcome to our charming home in the delightful town of Baldwin City, known for its vibrant festivals and stunning autumn foliage. Nestled in close proximity to Baker University, this cozy home provides a comfortable and convenient stay for visitors seeking to explore all that this enchanting community has to offer.

Step inside and discover a warm and inviting interior creating a cozy retreat. The living spaces are thoughtfully designed for relaxation and comfort, offering a place to unwind after a day of exploration, work, family or fun.

The main level includes one bedroom with a king bed, a full bathroom with shower/tub combo, a living room with two sitting areas, and a well-equipped kitchen allowing you to prepare your favorite meals, while the dining area provides a cozy spot to savor them together.

Two additional bedrooms are located upstairs. One room has a queen size bed, the other has two twin beds. Nestled between the bedrooms is bathroom with a tub (not a shower).

The basement level has a second living area with a full-size murphy bed and a sofa that pulls out to a sleeper. There is also a full bathroom.

Washer & dryer are located in the basement utility area.

Adorable house in Baldwin City!Excellent communication, instructions, and quick response from the Host. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom(s) - from dishes to necessities. Great outdoor lighting on front and back porch for safety. Close to bakery, groceries, activities in the area. I would definitely stay here again:)

Great small town location

Came through with my family to visit Kansas area and used this house as our "base". It was a great location and area and the house had everything we could have needed. The host was very communicative with what we needed and even reached out proactively to ask additional questions, etc. Would definitely come back if we need to visit the area again!

Peaceful and relaxing

The property is located in an older neighborhood but it is clean. The house itself is old. Yes, upgrades have been somewhat done. Flooring, furniture etc. The window treatments in the bedrooms have adequate privacy. The living room and kitchen are lacking.

Cute and roomy house

House was ina nice neighborhood. Very quiet area. Surprised how bug thr property actually was. Loved everything about the property. Hosr was great letting us know what we needed to do for checkout. Would stay here again if we are in the area.

Amazing!

I had a very quick stay, but Andrea was amazing with instructions and a perfect breakfast recommendation for my morning. Would very much stay here again if I’m in the area.

For what we needed it for it was a perfect space. Having all the area grandchildren and children come to the house for a Christmas celebration was such a good experience. There are so many open areas and a huge large kitchen. It was so accessible for our family. There are some cleaning issues however, dead bugs on the windowsill, the main bathroom's tub was not anything I would expect because it's so old and not really been fixed up. The cold water faucet just spun and so I had to get a tool to shut that water off. There were no blankets on the bed, just a bedspread and a sheet. We did use blankets that were available but we weren'tsure if the blankets were clean. Like I said for what we needed it for it was perfect. But I wouldn't advise people to not stay if they're looking for something charming or enchanting as mentioned in the description. The neighborhood was not good in terms of looking like a normal middle class neighborhood. I I feel with a little cleaning up and some detail this could be a great VRBO in the future. Host as great and responsive .

Good spot for Kansas City visit

We were in Kansas City for a family event and wanted to stay out of the city on the south. Since we were traveling with dogs, we needed a pet friendly place. This house worked perfectly for us.

Clean and Courteous

This property is extremely clean and was perfect for our family. We had one small issue with the wifi and the host responded immediately and helped us fix the issue. Would recommend!
