Adventure throughout Hot Springs, AR, by styling in this charming studio a few mins away from the quaint downtown area. Its lakeside location offers an ideal escape from the everyday hustle and bustle while being close to great restaurants, bathhouses, parks, shops, and attractions.

***Please note that the annual drawdown of Lake Hamilton begins on November 1st of each year and the refill of both lakes will begin between March 1st and March 8th of the following year. The refill is scheduled to be completed each year by March 15th.

***We also have a neighboring rental property, Rockstar, which has an HVAC system and pool equipment that may occasionally generate noise audible outside. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.

***The two-slip boat dock belongs to the house next door, Rockstar.

***We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans, with no loose trash. Please do not roll the trash cans back to the house; they should remain on the street to avoid a $100 fine.***

We would like to kindly remind you of our business hours, which are from 8 AM to 11 PM. In the event of an emergency outside of these hours, please take note of the following:
For non-emergencies, such as general inquiries or requests, please leave a voicemail or send a text message, and we will promptly return your call the following morning.
However, should you encounter a situation requiring immediate attention, such as plumbing or HVAC issues, we recommend contacting the appropriate 24-hour service providers listed below:

Wonderful relaxing stay will definitely go back.
I and my husband recently stayed at a charming cabin on Lake Hamilton for our anniversary and it was a delightful experience. The cabin itself was cozy and well-maintained, with a rustic charm that perfectly matched its natural surroundings. The interior was tastefully decorated. The living area had a welcoming vibe and the kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. One of the highlights was the serene outdoor space. The deck offered a beautiful view of the lake. The cabin was also conveniently located near several Hot Springs attractions which added to the overall appeal of the stay. The hosts were attentive and ensured that everything was in order before our arrival. They provided clear instructions and were quick to respond to any queries. Overall, it was a peaceful retreat that combined comfort with natural beauty. I would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Hubby’s Birthday
We had a great relaxing weekend here for my husband’s birthday which consisted of all things he loves. A cozy patio with a grill, waterfront view, a fishing dock, short drive to Lakeside Country Golf Club, and a LARGE TV for football & a movie night. We grilled 2 of the 3 nights and Doordashed “football food” from VIP Billiards and Bar (awesome food), and a short drive for brunch to Bubbas’s Brews with a great view, best breakfast & mimosas! The location was great, a few minutes to town but cozy, quiet road. We will definitely be back! Thank you for hosting!

Wonderful stay!
We had such a wonderful stay at this little cozy cabin in Hot Springs! From the time we booked our trip and throughout our entire stay, Overnight Digs were all so nice and very responsive with everything! I would definitely stay at one of their properties in the future.

Nice family spot
My family including 2 boys, one teenager and one elementary age, had a great time! I will say the stair case to the loft is very steep so if you are unsteady on your feet or have knee/hip/back issues, this might not be for you. Bathrooms were very clean, just very small. Only 1 shower, in the downstairs, half bath upstairs. We really enjoyed the back patio, fire pit area and the docks!! So beautiful and we had great weather to be out there. Overall a very good stay, thank you! :)

Great!
Great property with lots to offer! Relaxing, peaceful and great location! We enjoyed the dock, kayaks, bonfire, playing horseshoes and time on the back porch. Owners were superb! Would love to stay there again!
