Nice, clean condo with a beautiful lake view. Great water pressure and A/C. The reasons we could not give a 5 star rating are that we experienced several internet outages and the pillows were very thin and flimsy. Also, the balcony slider doors did not lock and there was not a safety bar, but the host did drop off a broom handle that we were able to use to secure the door.

Thanks for the review and staying with us. The internet issue was out of our hands as our other unit at the same complex was having issues also even with both units having brand new modems installed the week before. Concerning the pillows; we supply 6 total pillows so they could have been doubled or tripled up if they were that thin. Some guests prefer thin pillows so it’s a matter of choice. The sliding glass door lock was snapped off and couldn’t be replaced as we just found out about it that day once our other guests left that morning. We don’t provide a safety bar as we feel the lock is typically substantial. Again, thanks for staying with us!

My hubby and I had a great time in Hot Springs. This condo was perfect. It’s an older condo that they’ve redone and it’s great. The view of the lake was wonderful. We spent most our time in the city of Hot Springs, but it was so nice to come to the lake in the afternoons and at night.

The property is stunning! The sunrises and sunsets from those windows was breath taking, and a little blinding. The unit was clean, well maintained, stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I purchased this condo in an amazing location with great views and completely updated the floors, kitchen, bathroom, plumbing, paint and décor. All furniture is new as well.

This condo is in a quiet condo complex on the shores of Lake Hamilton. We have a great view overlooking the swimming pool, boardwalk, and of course the lakefront water view.

It is close to everything Hot Springs has to offer, Oaklawn Horse Racing and Casino Resort, Historic Downtown Bathhouse Row, shopping, Garvan Gardens Botanical Gardens, Magic Springs Theme Park, Hot Springs National Park, Hiking, Biking Trails,
Museums, mini-golf, movie theater and the state capital, Little Rock.
