Cute little condo with a great view of the lake . It was close to everything we wanted to do . Condo was clean , bed linens were not great and the bed was hard and had really flat pillows . We like a little more cushion to sleep on , I brought my own pillow from home thankfully . No issues with the host , answered all my messages right away . Nice place for the price . The did mention laundry in the listing and there is no laundry available .

My husband and I purchased this condo in an amazing location with great views and completely updated the floors, kitchen, bathroom, plumbing, paint and décor. All furniture is new as well.

This condo is in a quiet condo complex on the shores of Lake Hamilton. We have a great view overlooking the swimming pool, boardwalk, and of course the lakefront water view.

It is close to everything Hot Springs has to offer, Oaklawn Horse Racing and Casino Resort, Historic Downtown Bathhouse Row, shopping, Garvan Gardens Botanical Gardens, Magic Springs Theme Park, Hot Springs National Park, Hiking, Biking Trails,
Museums, mini-golf, movie theater and the state capital, Little Rock.
